My name is Caleb Danner McKean. I recently read this book and did a genealogy. When I ordered the land patent BLM AL 0010_.353 it appeared that the Federal Register for the surplus went global. I also noticed that my family did not draw their heirs then I remembered reading the doctrine of choateness and the choate lien doctrine as well. What is going on in this system?
