Jon Feere, former DHS senior adviser and director of investigations at the Center for Immigration Studies, told the Free Beacon last month that the ATD program has already proven to be a “costly failure,” noting that thousands of illegal immigrants have disappeared annually.
“And there’s no reason to think this will be any different,” Feere said. “The goal should be to quickly determine whether these individuals have a valid case, and if not, to quickly deport them.”
Instead, he said, the Department of Homeland Security is developing a massive social services program that will benefit non-governmental organizations without guaranteeing that any of those individuals would return home when ordered.
The Daily Caller reports the ATD program had 91,793 illegal immigrants enrolled in 2020. And by the fiscal year 2021, the program had 136,026 illegal immigrants.
The Post Millenial reports the number of enrollments clocks in at 316,700 — a 266% increase since President Joe Biden took office.
Ron Vitiello, former acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, told the Free Beacon that the program is the “sort of thing popular among the left.”
“It sounds great, but the reality is that people in these programs will likely never be [deported],” Vitiello said. “There’s nothing at the end of these programs. If they don’t report in, that’s that. They’re now a fugitive.”
According to The Washington Free Beacon, a new record was set with migrant encounters at the southern border, with more than two million for the fiscal year in August. Of those encounters, approximately 1.6 million illegal immigrants have hearings scheduled who are not in detention, according to an internal ICE report on ATD programs obtained by Fox News.

The sovereignty and freedom movement at the turn of the millennium was leading the political culture to reexamine fundamental assumptions and the rightful role of government at every level in our daily affairs.

Twentieth Anniversary of IRS Raids
Today is the 20th year anniversary of the IRS raids executed against Johnny Liberty’s home and business on February 28th, 2001 at 7PM HST – six months before 9/11 and two months after Bush was allegedly elected as President of the United States. This was part of the largest IRS operation in history against 36 locations on the same day/same time simultaneously in three countries.
At that time about two-dozen leaders, including Mr. Liberty, was at the forefront of the largest political movement gaining momentum at the turn of the millennium – the freedom, sovereignty and tax-honesty movement with over 63 million non-filers (by the IRS’s own estimates) refusing to pay taxes as a form of political protest against the rising power of the New World Order.

Because of the educational materials we developed and marketing worldwide, thousands of books and best-selling audio courses, millions of people were being educated along the lines of individual sovereignty and strategically withdrawing from U.S. jurisdiction and taking their money with them.
This caught the attention of the U.S. Congress in subcommittee when they declared war upon us. Within months discrediting stories were circulated in the mainstream media and investigations were launched resulting in the execution of the search warrants via the IRS criminal investigation unit on this historic day.
Historic in that it changed everyone’s personal and professional life forever, but also signaled the beginning of the end of America as a free country with any rights whatsoever.
The powers-that-be decreed on that day that only the U.S. corporation had any rights as the seat of government of the democracy. We the People had no right to petition, no right to protest or dissent, no right to challenge centralized authority through lawful means.
The Republic had effectively been annihilated and with it any vestige of personal sovereignty of We the People or their respective States of the Union. Then little more than six months later a coup d’tat occurred post-911 where every branch of the federal government was militarized and deputized with police powers the U.S. Constitution never granted them.
Now, ten years later we live in another country, in another world determined not by the rule of law, but the rule of the elite few who would write and pass laws while exempting themselves from their effects. All branches of government have collapsed into one, an oligarchy of the government, by the corporation and for the global elite (not of, by and for the people anymore).
Who was Johnny Liberty?
In his time circa (1990 – 2010) he was a great, unsung American hero, a brave rainbow warrior who stood up to the powers-that-be and declared for all the world to hear – advocating sovereignty and freedom for all the people.
Through the power of the pen and the spoken world he inspired millions to open their eyes to the world around them and challenge not only authority by the reality being projected around us through media propaganda and social conditioning.
As the primary researcher and contributor to the “Global One Audio Course” published by GPG/IGP and author of the “Global Sovereign’s Handbook” published by ICR with detailed compilations of history, law and economics, he took the politically incorrect stand against the rise of socialist welfare states and suggested that we the people are sovereign and have the lawful right to govern our own affairs independent of the federal government.
This revolutionary stand eventually cost him five years of his life as a political prisoner. He spent two years in federal prison and three years on a short leash on probation. Seven international businesses were destroyed along with a vision for the new millennium which failed to come to pass as a result of the IRS raids and resulting indictment, prosecution and conviction. Rarely has their walked this earth such a man willing to risk it all for the sake of the whole of humanity. His story began over twenty years ago and took him on a road few have travelled before or since. Like Crazy Horse of the Oglala Lakota tribe he considered himself to be the last free American State Citizen of the Republic who took his individual sovereignty and the restoration of the Republic seriously. He went where others feared to tread.
Millions followed his lead, more or less, and rose up to challenge authority peacefully and non-violently at every level of government usurped by the monied powers internationally and their respective lobby groups in Washington D.C.

The sovereignty movement peaked, splintered and subsided after the IRS raids in 2001. Resulting prosecutions over the next five years left no less than 40 of it’s leaders behind bars and/or bankrupt including Mr. Johnny Liberty (aka John David Van Hove).
Since then the notion of reclaiming all seven aspects of sovereignty (e.g., physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, economic, legal and political), an ancient seed planted once again over twenty years ago, has taken root in the hearts and minds of many young people and over the Internet during these closing days of American empire. This is a reminder to honor our unsung heroes, the founders, our ancestors and all indigenous people who came before us.
As Jefferson advised, “God forbid we should ever be 20 years without such a rebellion.”
As Franklin said, “We have given you a Republic, if you can keep it.”

The leaked files, which reveal how HSBC advised some clients on how to circumvent domestic tax authorities, were obtained through an international collaboration of news outlets, including the Guardian, the French daily Le Monde, CBS 60 Minutes and the Washington-based International Consortium of Investigative Journalists.
The files reveal how HSBC’s Swiss private bank colluded with some clients to conceal undeclared “black” accounts from domestic tax authorities across the world and provided services to international criminals and other high-risk individuals.
The disclosure amounts to one of the biggest banking leaks in history shedding light on some 30,000 accounts holding almost $120bn (£78bn) of assets. Of those, around 2,900 clients were connected to the US, providing the IRS with a trail of evidence of potential American taxpayers who may have been hiding assets in Geneva.
The data was leaked by a computer expert turned whistleblower working in HSBC’s Geneva office. French authorities later obtained the files and shared them with the US Internal Revenue Service in 2010. That year, amid growing scrutiny from US tax authorities, HSBC’s private bank in Switzerland stopped doing business with US residents entirely.
The US Department of Justice and IRS have been investigating HSBC’s Swiss banking operations ever since but the scale of those inquiries remain unclear.
Confronted by the Guardian’s evidence, HSBC admitted wrongdoing by its Geneva-based subsidiary. “We acknowledge and are accountable for past compliance and control failures,” the bank said in a statement. The Swiss arm, the statement said, had not been fully integrated into HSBC after its purchase in 1999, allowing “significantly lower” standards of compliance and due diligence to persist. Read more…

The Cost of Government Day (COGD), the day of the calendar year on which the average American worker has earned enough gross income to pay off his or her share of the spending and regulatory burdens imposed by government on the federal, state, and local levels, is now August 19, the latest date ever recorded.
In simple language, it means that the average American must work 230 days, or 63% of the year, to pay for the full cost of government.
That’s pretty darn amazing. And frightening. It essentially means that 63% of your labor output belongs not to you and the loved ones you care for, but to Washington.
Here’s how it breaks down:
Federal spending: The average American worker has to labor for 104 days just to pay for federal spending, which consumes 28.6% of national income. That compares to 90 days in 2008, a 15.5% increase. The chief increase in costs were the bailouts of the financial crisis. The bailouts cost the average American 14 days of worth of work to pay for them.
State and local spending: This is also costing us all, big time. In 2010 the average American had to work 52 days just to pay for state and local government expenditures.
That’s up from 42.5 days in 1999. A whopping 22.3% increase in costs.
The regulatory costs of the federal government: Another shocker ― the average American worker must labor 48 days just to cover the costs of federal regulations. And then there’s …

I don’t know about you, but the cost of government is insane. 63 out of every 100 hours you work is to pay for government?
You get to keep only 37% of your labor?
It’s high time we got rid of big government. That ratio needs to be inverted, at a minimum. We should keep at least 75% of our labor.
Government should cost far less, way less. Less than one-quarter of our labor output, in my opinion.

It’s almost over. I was released from Coleman Prison Camp on February 15, 2011. I was released to a transitional facility (halfway house) up until April 1st and then allowed to go home on “home confinement”. Officially, I will be in the Bureau of Prisons custody until August 8, 2011. At that time, I will begin a one-year probation period, answering to a probation officer once a week. Then I will be able to travel and have more freedom of speech. The time between now and August 8th will be spent restoring relationships and re-familiarizing myself with the world around me (especially technology).
I wrote 5 books in prison, one of which I would like to become a movie. (No, I didn’t waste my time playing cards and watching television.) I will have to do a little more research on two of the books, type all of the books into Microsoft Word and get them copyrighted and published. I plan to continue public speaking. I also plan to attend Bible College this fall and start a women’s ministry. (Any tuition or publication gifts will be greatly appreciated. In addition, I will be speaking out on social issues, like PRISONS.
