Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is an American politician, media personality, and businessman who served as the 45th president of the United State from 2017 to 2021. He won the 2024 election as the nominee of the Republican Party and is now the president-elect of the United States. He is scheduled to begin his second term on January 20, 2025, as the nation’s 47th president and will be the second president in American history to serve nonconsecutive terms, with Grover Cleveland being the first.

Doug Collins, Secretary of Veteran’s Administration (VA)

Paul Douglas Collins (born July 28, 1951) is an American basketballexecutive, former player, coach and television analyst in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played in the NBA from 1973 to 1981 for the Philadelphia 76ers, earning four NBA All-Star selections. He then became an NBA coach in 1986, and had stints coaching the Chicago Bulls, Detroit Pistons, Washington Wizards and Philadelphia 76ers. A member of the Republican Party, she was the U.S. representative for South Dakota’s at-large congressional district from 2011 to 2019, and a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives for the 6th district from 2007 to 2011.

Thomas Douglas Homan[1] is an American former police officer, immigration official, and political commentator who served during the Obama administration, and will have served in both Trump administrations. He served as acting director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from January 30, 2017, to June 29, 2018.[2] Homan advocates deportation of illegal immigrants and opposes sanctuary city policies. Within the government, he was among the most strident proponents of separating children from their parents as a means of deterring illegal entry into the country.[3] After 2018, he began contributing to Fox News as a commentator.[4] In November 2024, Trump announced that Homan will serve as “border czar” during his second presidency.[5]

Pamela Jo Bondi[1] (born November 17, 1965) is an American attorney, lobbyist, and politician. A member of the Republican Party, she served as Florida attorney general from 2011 to 2019, the first woman elected to the office. In 2020, Bondi was one of President Donald Trump‘s defense lawyers during his first impeachment trial. By 2024, she led the legal arm of the Trump-aligned America First Policy Institute. On November 21, 2024, president-elect Trump announced she would be nominated for United States attorney general after previous nominee Matt Gaetz withdrew.

John Ratcliffe, Director of the CIA

John Lee Ratcliffe[5] (born October 20, 1965) is an American politician and attorney who served as the director of national intelligence from 2020 to 2021. He previously served as the U.S. representative for Texas‘s 4th districtfrom 2015 to 2020. During his time in Congress, Ratcliffe was regarded as one of the most conservative members.[6][7] Ratcliffe also served as mayor of Heath, Texas, from 2004 to 2012 and acting United States attorney for the Eastern District of Texas from May 2007 to April 2008.

President Donald Trump announced on July 28, 2019, that he intended to nominate Ratcliffe to replace Dan Coats as director of national intelligence.[8][9] Ratcliffe withdrew after Republican senators raised concerns about him, former intelligence officials said he might politicize intelligence, and media revealed Ratcliffe’s embellishments regarding his prosecutorial experience in terrorism and immigration cases.[10][11][12][13]

She was the first Samoan-American member of Congress.[6] She was a candidate in the 2020 Democratic presidential primaries.[7][8] She left the Democratic Party in 2022 to become an independent. Brendan Thomas Carr (born January 5, 1979) is an American lawyer who has served as a member of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) since 2017.[7] Appointed to the position by Donald Trump, Carr previously served as the agency’s general counsel and as an aide to FCC commissioner Ajit Pai. He is a member of the Republican Party.[4] Burgum was born and raised in Arthur, North Dakota.

After graduating from North Dakota State University in 1978 with a bachelor’s degree in university studies and earning an MBA from Stanford University two years later,[5]he mortgaged inherited farmland in 1983 to invest in Great Plains Software in Fargo. Becoming its president in 1984, he took the company public in 1997. Burgum sold the company to Microsoft for $1.1 billion in 2001. While working at Microsoft, he managed Microsoft Business Solutions. He has served as board chairman for Australian software company Atlassian and SuccessFactors.

Burgum is the founder of Kilbourne Group, a Fargo-based real-estate development firm, and also is the co-founder of Arthur Ventures, a software venture capital group. Burgum won the 2016 North Dakota gubernatorial election in a landslide. He was reelected by a wide margin in 2020.[6] In June 2023, Burgum launched a campaign for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination. Kelly Loeffler, Secretary of Agriculture

Kelly Lynn Loeffler (/ˈlɛflər/ LEF-lər; born November 27, 1970) is an American businesswoman and politician who served as a United States senator from Georgia from 2020 to 2021. Loeffler was chief executive officer(CEO) of Bakkt, a subsidiary of commodity and financial service provider Intercontinental Exchange, of which her husband, Jeffrey Sprecher, is CEO. She is a former co-owner of the Atlanta Dream of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA).[1] 

Loeffler is a member of the Republican Party. Brian Kemp, the Republican governor of Georgia, appointed Loeffler to the U.S. Senate in December 2019 after Senator Johnny Isakson resigned for health reasons. Loeffler ran in the 2020 Georgia U.S. Senate special election, seeking to hold the seat until January 2023. She finished second in the November 3 election, advancing to a runoff with DemocratRaphael Warnock held on January 5, 2021, where she lost.[2] That same day, her fellow Georgia senator David Perdue also lost his bid for re-election.

When Perdue’s term ended on January 3, 2021, Loeffler ascended to be the senior senator from Georgia, a position she held for just under three weeks until Warnock was sworn in. Loeffler aligned with President Donald Trump in her time in the Senate, touting a “100 percent Trump voting record” during her campaigns.[3][4] After the November 2020 election, Loeffler and Perdue claimed without evidence that there had been unspecified failures in the 2020 U.S. presidential election, and called for the resignation of Georgia secretary of state Brad Raffensperger, who rejected the accusations.

She later supported a lawsuit by Trump allies seeking to overturn the election results,[5] and also announced her intention to object to the certification of the Electoral College results in Congress.[6] After the attack on the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, Loeffler announced that she would withdraw her objection to the certification of the electoral votes and later voted to certify. Loeffler was chosen by president-elect Trump to co-chair his inaugural committee in his upcoming second presidency, along with Steve Witkoff.

Brooke Rollins, Department of Agriculture (USDA)

Brooke Leslie Rollins (born April 10, 1972)[1]is an American attorney who is the president and CEO of the America First Policy Institute. She previously served as the acting director of the United States Domestic Policy Councilunder President Donald Trump. Prior to assuming that role, Rollins oversaw the White House Office of American Innovation. Rollins was president and CEO of the Texas Public Policy Foundation, an Austin-based fossil fuels and school voucher supporting think tank, from 2003 through 2018.[2] During her tenure at TPPF, the think tank grew from having a staff of 3 to a staff of 100.[3] Rollins previously served as deputy general counsel, ethics advisor, and policy director to Texas Governor Rick Perry.[4] She is an advocate of criminal justice reform.[5] On November 23, 2024, President-elect Trump selected Rollins to be secretary of agriculture.[6]

Lee Zeldin, Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

Lee Michael Zeldin (born January 30, 1980) is an American attorney, politician, and officer in the United States Army Reserve. A member of the Republican Party, he represented New York’s 1st congressional district in the United States House of Representatives from 2015 to 2023. He represented the eastern two-thirds of Suffolk County, including most of Smithtown, all of Brookhaven, Riverhead, Southold, Southampton, East Hampton, Shelter Island, and a small part of Islip. From 2011 to 2014, Zeldin served as a member of the New York State Senate from the 3rd Senate district. During Donald Trump‘s presidency, Zeldin was a Trump ally.

He prominently defended Trump during his first impeachment hearingsconcerning the Trump–Ukraine scandal. In April 2021, Zeldin announced his candidacy for governor of New York in 2022.[1] He defeated three challengers in the Republican primary, becoming the nominee of the Republican Party and the Conservative Party. Zeldin lost the election to incumbent governor Kathy Hochulwhile receiving the highest percentage of the vote for a Republican gubernatorial nominee since 2002 and the highest raw vote total for a Republican gubernatorial nominee since 1970.[2] In November 2024, CNN reported that Zeldin was Trump’s nominee for Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.[3]

He is the presumptive nominee for United States Secretary of Energy under Donald Trump‘s second presidency. He is a board member of Oklo Inc., a nuclear technology company, and EMX Royalty, a royalty payment company for mineral rights and mining rights.[2]

Sean Patrick Duffy (born October 3, 1971) is an American politician, prosecutor, lobbyist, and reality television personality who is currently a co-host of The Bottom Line on Fox Business, as well as a contributor on Fox News. A member of the Republican Party, he served as the U.S. representative for Wisconsin’s 7th congressional district from 2011 to 2019. After resigning from Congress, he became a lobbyist.[1] He first gained fame as a cast member on The Real World: Boston, 1998’s Road Rules: All Stars and 2002’s Real World/Road Rules Challenge: Battle of the Seasons, before going on to serve as district attorney of Ashland County, Wisconsin. In November 2024, Donald Trump named Duffy as his nominee for Secretary of Transportationin his second presidency.[2]

Linda McMahon, Secretary of Education

Linda Marie McMahon (/məkˈmæn/; née Edwards; born October 4, 1948) is an American politician, business executive and retired professional wrestler. She was the 25th administrator of the Small Business Administration from 2017 to 2019. McMahon has been nominated to lead the Department of Education under the second Trump administration.

McMahon, along with her husband, Vince McMahon, founded sports entertainment company Titan Sports, Inc. (later World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.) where she worked as the president and later CEO from 1980 to 2009. During this time, the company grew from a regional business in the northeast to a large multinational corporation. Among other things, she initiated the company’s civic programs, Get R.E.A.L. and SmackDown! Your Vote. She made occasional on-screen performances, most notably in a feud with her husband that culminated at WrestleMania X-Seven.

On April 15, she was named chairwoman of America First Action, a pro-Trump Super PAC. On November 19, 2024, McMahon was nominated by Donald Trump to serve as Secretary of Education.[2]

Vivek Ramaswamy, Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)

Vivek Ganapathy Ramaswamy (/vɪˈveɪkrɑːməˈswɑːmiː/;[1][2] vih-VAYK rah-mə-SWAH-mee; born August 9, 1985) is an American entrepreneur. He founded Roivant Sciences, a pharmaceutical company, in 2014. In February 2023, Ramaswamy declared his candidacy for the Republican Party nomination in the 2024 United States presidential election. He suspended his campaign in January 2024, after finishing fourth in the Iowa caucuses and endorsed Trump.[3] On November 12, 2024, President-elect Donald Trump announced that Ramaswamy and businessman Elon Musk had been tasked to lead the newly proposed Department of Government Efficiency.[4] Ramaswamy was born in Cincinnati to Indian immigrant parents. He graduated from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in biology and later earned a degree from Yale Law School. Ramaswamy worked as an investment partner at a hedge fund before founding Roivant Sciences. He also co-founded an investment firm, Strive Asset Management. Ramaswamy sees the United States in the middle of a national identity crisis precipitated by what he calls “new secular religions like COVID-ism, climate-ism, and gender ideology”.[5] He is also a critic of environmental, social, and corporate governance initiatives (ESG).[6]In January 2024, Forbes estimated Ramaswamy’s net worth at more than $960 million; his wealth comes from biotechand financial businesses.[7][8]

Elon Reeve Musk FRS (/ˈiːlɒn/; born June 28, 1971) is a businessman known for his key roles in the space company SpaceX and the automotive company Tesla, Inc. His other involvements include ownership of X Corp., the company that operates the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), and his role in the founding of the Boring Company, xAI, Neuralink, and OpenAI. In November 2024, United States president-elect Donald Trumpappointed Musk as the co-chair of the proposed Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) in the second Trump administration. Musk is the wealthiest individual in the world; as of November 2024, Forbes estimates his net worth to be US$304 billion.[2]

Musk was born in Pretoria, South Africa, and briefly attended the University of Pretoria before immigrating to Canada at the age of 18, acquiring citizenship through his Canadian-born mother. Two years later, he matriculated at Queen’s University at Kingston in Canada. Musk later transferred to the University of Pennsylvania and received bachelor’s degreesin economics and physics. He moved to California in 1995 to attend Stanford University, but never enrolled in classes, and with his brother Kimbal co-founded the online city guidesoftware company Zip2. The startup was acquired by Compaq for $307 million in 1999. That same year, Musk co-founded X.com, a direct bank. X.com merged with Confinity in 2000 to form PayPal. In 2004, Musk was an early investor in electric-vehicle manufacturer Tesla Motors, Inc. (later Tesla, Inc.), providing most of the initial financing and assuming the position of the company’s chairman. He later became the product architect and, in 2008, the CEO. In 2006, Musk helped create SolarCity, a solar energy company that was acquired by Tesla in 2016 and became Tesla Energy. In 2013, he proposed a hyperloop high-speed vactrain transportation system. In 2015, he co-founded OpenAI, a nonprofit artificial intelligenceresearch company. The following year Musk co-founded Neuralink, a neurotechnology company developing brain–computer interfaces, and The Boring Company, a tunnel construction company.

In early 2024, Musk became active in American politics as a vocal and financial supporter of Donald Trump, becoming Trump’s second-largest individual donor in October 2024. In November 2024, Trump announced that he had chosen Musk along with Vivek Ramaswamyto co-lead the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), a new advisory board which aims to improve government efficiency through measures such as slashing “excess regulations” and cutting “wasteful expenditures”.

Editors Note: This “New Declaration of Independence” was first published in the North American News Service (Summer 1995) to restore the sovereignty of the American people. Then, it was included as Chapter 15 in the 2nd Edition of the Global Sovereign’s Handbook by Johnny Liberty (1998).

Preamble

All thirteen free and independent, sovereign states of America, excepting the sovereign Indian nations, were in agreement in making the original Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. The people then, as the people now, have gathered the courage to liberate themselves from the bondage of foreign “rule.”

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for a nation, a group of people, or an individual to declare themselves free from the “rule” of another, then it is common decency, with respect to the opinions of all other people, to explain the reasons or grounds for the declaration.

Statement of Unalienable Rights & Natural Law

We the People believe these truths to be self-evident, to be so obvious that they need no proof, that all people, both men and women, regardless of race, sex, creed, or color are created equal under the natural law. We believe the Creator gives all of us certain unalienable rights that cannot be taken away. These unalienable rights are above and beyond the civil rights any government may enumerate. That among these rights are life, liberty, property, family, community, and the freedom to enjoy happiness.

To assure that these unalienable rights are protected and preserved for all the people, governments are created to enforce and defend the public trust. The source of authority from which all governments are created shall remain with the people for all time. We the People are the sovereign power from which all laws and governments arise.

If a government abuses its power or usurps the public trust, then the people have the unalienable right and a duty to change, alter or reform their government, or to abolish it completely and start a new one that will abide by the principles of natural law.

UnCOMMON SENSE dictates that an established government should not be overthrown for petty reasons. However, it is the nature of human beings to tolerate mistreatment, to grow accustomed to tyranny and chains rather than risk getting rid of a repressive and non-compassionate master.

Government maybe a necessary and often unpredictable evil, but at certain times during its history, a government will go too far in abusing the rights of its people. Today, more and more of the American people are realizing that the federal United States government has consistently lied, cheated, stolen, abused and killed its own people for many generations, that the American people have more to fear from their own government than enemies abroad or criminals within.

That the natural expression of our freedoms, the right to own property, and the unalienable rights secured by the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights are perceived as a threat by our own government is a symptom of the inevitable conclusion that the federal government must be stopped! Illegal, immoral and unconscionable activities of a government out of control have now reached into the lives of all Americans.

When this happens, it is the peoples’ right and duty to abolish the current government and set up a new one that will better protect our rights, preserve our liberties, and uphold the public trust. Through this “New Declaration of Independence”. 

We the People must once again become a free, sovereign people. We the People can reclaim our sovereign Citizenship of one of the several states of the constitutional Republic.

Causes for Action

The following is the cause for action by the thirteen colonies, now forty-eight sovereign states and unincorporated territories of the united states of America. We the People have suffered patiently, petitioning our government for redress of grievances without remedy, recourse or response. 

We the People are now convinced that we must change our government and must no longer accept the “rule” of the federal United States government who is beholden and loyal to its creditors and foreign powers. 

We must cast off the shackles of foreign “rule” including the Federal Reserve, International Monetary Fund, United Nations, New World Order, Deep State and the Chinese Communist Party including its Western Globalist allies. Today, after many years of increasing tyranny, we are convinced that it is time to take action. To demonstrate this, let the facts be presented to an unbiased world, without prejudice.

Charges Against the Federal Government and its Principals / Creditors

Today’s federal government has refused to pass laws necessary for the good of the American people, and what is worse, has passed a multitude of laws that have transgressed its limited authority and taken away the basic unalienable rights of most Americans. 

Laws are passed for the benefit of special interest groups, the monied powers, and the State of New Columbia, not on behalf of the people of the united states of America.

The federal United States government has usurped the powers reserved to the sovereign states and the sovereign “state” Citizens, intentionally destroying the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights which were designed as a limitation against the unwarranted expansion of government authority. The federal government has also conspired against the rights, privileges and immunities of the Citizens of the United States by instituting the 14th Amendment under martial law after the Civil War. 

The sovereign “states” have been usurped by corporate “States” which are merely regional districts and extensions of the municipal law of the District of Columbia (D.C.). Local, home and state “rule,” and the separation of powers have been replaced with federal law and supremacy, effectively overriding all constitutional limitations on federal government authority under threat, duress and coercion.

The sovereign states, original parties to the U.S. Constitution, no longer are represented by their Senators in the U.S. Senate. Instead, they are elected directly by the popular vote of U.S. citizens who are foreigners to the Republic. 

The Republic was co-opted by the federal government during the Civil War, when the Federal Reserve System was established, and after the first bankruptcy of the federal United States declared a perpetual state of national emergency. 

The U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights have been suspended indefinitely under the War Powers Acts, Trading with the Enemy Acts, and 470 consecutive states of national emergency. The constitutional Republic has been usurped by a legislative Democracy and corporate, socialist/communist dictatorship instigated by the federal government, international bankers and transnational organizations.

The Republic was co-opted once again by both the federal and several State governments during and after the alleged COVID-19 pandemic via various emergency declarations which were intended to usurp the constitutional Republic and replace our system of government with a totalitarian state under the Chinese Communist Party and their Western Globalist allies.

Federal control over every aspect of the economy has resulted in a corporate, socialist state-controlled system that has in effect destroyed local and state economies, free enterprise, individual incentives for productivity, jobs, security, and our precious freedoms. The nationalization of the public trust has cost the American people their money, property, labor and freedoms for all future generations. 

This has all been accomplished through monumental fraud, deception, coercion, propaganda and disinformation campaigns, non-disclosure, and the usury of a debt currency system. The result is the bankruptcy of the federal government and the complete confiscation of all the property of the American people.

Treaties have been passed to supersede the U.S. Constitution, state and local laws, and the will of the American people. Having been conned out of our lawful “state” Citizenship, the American people have unwittingly become subjects of the federal government and the foreign powers that control it. 

The federal government discourages the legal naturalization of Citizens in the states, preferring to naturalize foreigners as subjects and as the property of the federal government.

Through the Internal Revenue Service, the federal government has harassed and intimidated its own people as “taxpayers” and conned them into paying an un-payable and fraudulent debt. Upstanding judges, attorneys, government employees, or elected representatives that dare to speak out against the tyranny in government are silenced, made into scapegoats, lambasted, discredited, fired or counter-attacked by the IRS. 

The IRS is the American gestapo collecting a “public debt” from the American people owed by the federal corporation and its subjects only. It is nothing less than organized crime operating under the immunity of government. The sovereign people of the united states of America are not beholden to the federal debt created by fraud under a perpetual national state of emergency.

Through the use of completely controlled and manipulated media, the federal government insures the election of those who support its interests and policies, while discrediting any who would disagree with the government’s position. There are no free elections, and no free and independent press. The two-party monopoly discourages third-party political organizing. 

Un-elected government employees working through administrative agencies set policies and regulations contrary to the intent of the U.S. Constitution, the will of the people, acts of the U.S. Congress, or their elected representatives. 

These administrative agencies are out of control, operating solely for the sake of extorting property and assets from the American people through bureaucratic schemes executed on behalf of the creditors of the federal United States.

New land patents are no longer available, the allodial titles have been stripped from the old land patents due to bank contracts and title insurance fraud, and the public lands are held by the federal government in its corporate capacity on behalf of its creditors.
The federal government has hypothecated all the land patents and allodial titles as collateral against an un-payable federal debt. We the People are once again “serfs” relegated to “renting” the land and paying tribute to the landlords.

Federal and State courts are monopolized by “union lawyers” having accepted Titles of Nobility (e.g., Esquire) from foreign powers. The federal government has passed a myriad of laws and regulations that subject the American people to the endless detail of regulation and control over every aspect of their lives and business. 

Many Americans are forced to comply with the letter of every law or lose life, property and freedoms without due process or the protections of the U.S. Constitution or Bill of Rights. 

Attorneys, courts and judges have conspired to rob the American people of their property to execute a bankruptcy against the American people of behalf of the creditors of the federal United States.

The federal government has made judges dependent upon the legal precedents established through various bankruptcy organizations for the benefit of the creditors through admiralty/maritime law. 

The federal government has assured the tenure of their office and the amount and payment of their salaries, guaranteed themselves immunity from prosecution for crimes committed while in office, and have destroyed evidence and routinely obstructed justice. 

The federal government has long held a double standard of justice, one for the people and one for government officials.

The federal government has, since the birth of the Republic, grown larger and larger, with so many superfluous rules and regulations that the lion’s share of substance and productivity has been taken directly from the people without compensation or gratitude. Government employees take little or no responsibility for preserving the public trust or serving the people who pay their salaries and pensions. Government employees hold an attitude of contempt for the hardworking hands that feed them.

The size and expense of the federal government has grown each year, finding it necessary to keep standing armies among us, instituting a vast war machine and a perpetual state of national emergency that has not ceased even in times of peace. 

Military and police power has been elevated as superior to and independent of the civilian power of the people. The attorney-police-prison state has become the top funding priority of the post-Cold War era, a federal government which is quickly turning the war machine against its own people. These actions have commenced without the approval of de jure legislatures or the sovereign people.

Injustices Against the American People

The federal government has been so corrupted by special interests that the “laws” passed by them have resulted in tyranny, injustice and increasing social disintegration and violence. We the People have had virtually no voice or representation in the government for generations. 

The federal government has combined its power with private interests to subject the American people to a jurisdiction foreign to the U.S. Constitution, unacknowledged by our laws, and giving false consent to pretended legislation under the color of law. Here are some of the injustices that have resulted:

Through private and international treaties, foreign troops and international police are being introduced and quartered in our communities for the martial law control of the American people. 

Plans are made for the confiscation of all arms and the defensive capabilities of the people. Concentration camps are being built and funded by the federal government to house American citizens who refuse to cooperate with the New World Order.

Murders and crimes by government troops are either covered up or go unpunished. Evidence and crime scenes are destroyed and the media is cooperative in the obstruction of justice and the persecution of the innocent. 

The federal government often operates as a cover-up for organized crime, including the importation of dangerous drugs and narcotics.

Free trade is sanctioned only for the cartels and monopolies with the money and influence to conspire against the American people and commit treason against the U.S. Constitution. Our elected representatives have consented to treason in their silence and complicity.

Income taxes, liens and levies are imposed upon the American people without due process of the law, without a valid assessment process, with no commercial paperwork or valid commercial affidavit. Citizens are being killed and property seized based upon these fraudulent and unjust acts.

A trial by a jury of one’s “peers” is impossible for a sovereign “state” Citizen when juries are comprised of “voters,” “drivers,” or U.S. citizens only. Juries are instructed by corrupt judges to consider only the facts and not the law in criminal cases. 

Attorneys have monopolized the justice, legal, and political system and tamper with grand juries who have an obligation to bring charges for crimes against the American people.

Through Admiralty/Maritime law, statutes of pretended crimes and trumped up charges are invented to indict those who dare to dissent or object to the tyranny of the government. 

Property is seized and bodies are arrested as acts of war against the people of the united states of America on behalf of our true accuser, the creditors of the federal United States. Our prisons are full of innocent people who have dared to speak out against the crimes committed by our own government.

The substantive, constitutional Common law system has been abolished and replaced with a bankrupt, statutory Equity/Admiralty law system operating in a foreign jurisdiction, wherein the nature of the crime or the cause of action is never revealed, wherein you do not face your true accuser, wherein crimes without victims are prosecuted by the State which has resulted in the loss of freedom, liberty and property for millions of Americans.

The federal government has wrought great destruction upon the American people by experimenting with us like guinea pigs for generations (radiation, medical, military), having wrought havoc and despair upon the lives of so many American people, and have justified such actions as necessary for national security, and to bring about the total submission of the people and the American way of life.

Through the lack of full disclosure and by fraudulent means, the federal government has effectively robbed the American people of their lawful Citizenship and unalienable rights to enhance their own power. The sovereign Indian tribes are as much slaves to the federal government as are its citizens.

Through monetary gain, media manipulation, and government schools, the federal government has forced our fellow Americans into government service and subject status by becoming federal government employees, getting Social Security Numbers (SSNs) and volunteering into taxes through the 1040’s and W-4’s. 

Incentives have been created to make federal police agents of all Americans who would falsely testify against their brothers or sisters for profit, who would lie to avoid prosecution, who would profit from providing evidence of false witnessing, and engage in spying against their fellow Citizens. The immorality of our own government is conclusive and condemning.

All Remedies Exhausted

During the entire period of these injustices and oppressions, We the People have petitioned the government at every level for redress of grievances. We have begged our representatives to listen in the most humble of terms. We have filed lawsuits and sought remedy and recourse in the courts. Every plea has to date gone unheard and has been ignored. Our every petition has been answered only by repeated injury. From these actions it is quite obvious that this government is tyrannical, moving swiftly toward a totalitarian state, and unfit to rule a free sovereign people.

We have appealed to our federal government. We the People have warned them from time to time about how we feel about the rule-making of the U.S. Congress and the extraordinary authority of the President, but to no avail.

We have reminded them that we believe America was founded on freedom, and we continue our search and demand for a better life without unnecessary regulations, laws and the forces of occupation.

Today, as yesterday, We the People have appealed generally to the UnCOMMON SENSE and compassion to do what is naturally right for a free people. We have called upon our common kindred in the government, instructing them that a continuation of these actions would result in the breaking of our common bond with them. Our words have fallen on deaf ears. They are deaf to the voice of justice. They are loathe to value freedom.

We have organized citizen’s militias to defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. 

We have been lambasted by the government and the media as criminals, anarchists, white supremacists, racists, domestic terrorists, and other derogatory terms for daring to expose government corruption.

Today, as yesterday, We the People are forced to announce our individual separation from the tyranny and corruption of the federal United States government and all its political subdivisions, and regard them as we do the rest of humankind — enemies in war, friends in peace.

Statement of Sovereignty

Therefore, having no legal representation and belonging to one of the several free and independent, sovereign states of the Union, as the free and sovereign people under the state and federal constitutions, we hereby appeal to our Creator for approval of our action, hereby re-declaring our independence. 

That We the People each solemnly declare that we are and of right ought to be free and independent of the monopolistic, tyrannical government which is presently called the federal United States of America. That We the People hereby reclaim our lawful sovereignty under the laws of the united states of America, restoring the constitutional Republic.

We no longer owe any loyalty to this Congress of the United States or its immoral, illegal and unjust statutory regulations called “laws” which cannot be laws because they are not in accord with justice or natural law, and that all political and commercial ties with the federal United States Inc. are hereby totally dissolved. 

That we hereby restore a constitutional money system based on gold and silver and the lawful definition of a dollar. That we hereby restore a constitutional Common law court, grand jury, and the law of the land.

That as free and independent, sovereign men and women, We the People have the power to wage war, make peace, make alliances with other jurisdictions and nations, promote trade, and do all the other things that free and independent people have the right to do.

And in full support of this “Re-Declaration of Independence,” with a firm reliance on the protection of our divine Creator, We the People mutually pledge to each other, all declared sovereign individuals, our lives, our destinies, and our sacred honor.

“These are Criminal Companies” RFK Jr. Brilliant Takedown of Big Pharma That Ignited a Media Firestorm | The Wildfire News & Trending Politics

The “Defeat the Mandates” rally in Washington D.C. drew thousands of peaceful protesters in support of the common cause of opposing mask and vaccine mandates. Robert Kennedy Jr., founder and Chairman of Children’s Health Defense delivered a speech to the rally attendees was focused on Big Pharma, which has escaped accountability and demands for transparency despite their core responsibilities during the Covid pandemic. “The four companies that make all four of our U.S. vaccines for the children’s program… have paid $35 billion in criminal penalties for hundreds of violations and damages in the last ten years,” he went on.

“These are the companies that gave us the opioid crisis,” he added. “That kills 56,000 children a year. More American kids every year than the Vietnam War killed in twenty years.”

“These are not good citizens,” he emphasized. “These are criminal enterprises.”

“And now you’re taking away any economic or legal incentive for them to behave?” he asked rhetorically. “What do you think they are going to do?”

“Do you think they’ve found Jesus, suddenly?” he went on. “And they’re going to take care of us and our children, they’re suddenly concerned with public health?”

“No,” he said.

“They took away due process rulemaking, they’ve taken away our right to be free of warrantless searches and seizures, this very intrusive track-and-trace surveillance, etcetera,” he went on.

“We are watching something now that I never believed that I would see in my lifetime,” RFK Jr. said. “I have read Orwell and Kafka and Aldous Huxley, this dystopian science fiction novels that someday the United States would be overtaken by fascism.”

“Fascism, incidentally, is defined… Mussolini defined it as the merger of state and corporate power,’” he added.

“And orchestrated by Tony Fauci,” he went on as the crowd booed loudly.

“What we’re seeing today is what I call ‘turnkey totalitarianism,’” he continued. “They are putting in place all of these technological mechanisms for control we’ve never seen before.”

“It’s been the ambition of every totalitarian state from the beginning of mankind to control every aspect of behavior, of conduct, of thought, and to obliterate dissent. None of them have been able to do it,” he added.

“They didn’t have the technological capacity,” he noted. “Even in Hitler’s Germany you could cross the Alps into Switzerland, you could hide in an attic like Anne Frank did. I visited in 1962 East Germany with my father. And met people who had climbed the wall and escaped. So, it was possible. Many died, surely. But it was possible.”

“Today, the mechanisms are being put in place,” he warned. “That will make it so that none of us can run, and none of us can hide.”

“Within five years, we are going to see 415,000 low orbit satellites,” he claimed. “Bill Gates and his 65,000 satellites alone will be able to look at every square inch of the planet 24 hours a day. They’re putting in 5G to harvest our data and control our behavior. Digital currency that will allow them to punish us from our distance and cut off our food supply. Vaccine passports.”

This part of the speech ignited a media firestorm. They pounced on RFK Jr.’s bit about satellite surveillance and issues with 5G, hardly fringe matters, to lambaste his speech and brandish him a “conspiracy theorist,” which essentially means it is beneath them to address his concerns.

Jake Tapper called him “an ignorant lying menace.” Adam Klasfield of Law Crime News weirdly commented, “The obscene Holocaust invocations and analogies, from RFK Jr. and others at this anti-vaccine rally, sound eerily similar to the rhetoric that appears in legal briefs for indicted Oath Keepers extremists.” Professor Peter Hotez, CNN’s resident vaccine fanatic, opined: “Since June 200,000 unvaccinated Americans lost their lives needlessly to COVID19, victims of antivaccine disinformation, aggression, dog whistles from extremists who compare vaccines to the Holocaust, or promote conspiracies about Bill Gates, Tony Fauci, Me, other US scientists.” Poor guy. It turns out the disinformation has been coming from his side all along.

The reflexive “conspiracy theorist” label was invoked, just as it has countless times in the past before the “theory” actually became the “reality,” such as with “vaccine passports” themselves… which are now being used all over the world to deny people work and access to public spaces.

Even if it is difficult to verify all of RFK Jr.’s claims, the epithet “conspiracy theorist” no longer has the power to unilaterally shut down conversation. It would be remiss not to point out there is no biggest perpetrator of “conspiracy theories” than the mainstream media, which lied for years about Russia collusion, just like it has lied the entire time about the Covid pandemic. We continue.

“You have a series of rights, as flawed as our government is, you can still go out and go to a bar, you can go to a sporting event, you can get on a bus or an airplane and you can travel, you have certain freedoms,” RFK Jr. went on. “You can get educated, etcetera.”

“The minute they hand you that vaccine passport, every right that you have is transformed into a privilege contingent upon your obedience to arbitrary government dictates,” he added.

“It will make you a slave!”

“What do we do?” he asked. “We resist.”

At the end of the day, this is about accountability. It is about accountability for the elected leaders and unelected public health officials who have seized upon a pandemic to wantonly violate every American’s unalienable rights, such as freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, the right to travel, and the right to bodily autonomy.

RFK Jr. has issued a rousing clarion call for all those who believe that the unlawful vaccine and mask mandates are simply “public health issues.” They are much more than that. They are about rights.

Nothing less than the future of Western civilization is on the line. There are dire implications if we fail to resist the authoritarian state’s escalating violations of human rights. No matter what its pretexts.

One True America

Where is the true America?

The true America is rarely found in our present government. For most of our leaders are too ignorant, blind and cowardly to protect or defend our most precious rights. Many are bent on destroying the U.S. Constitution and shredding it for their own self-interest and power.

The true America is not found in the brain-dead, stupefied public without the willpower to defend their most basic self-interest, rights and freedom. For these are lost sheep. For these are all too willing to accept their conditioning and indoctrination without questioning authority or the source of the beliefs.

Do not look toward any false America’s or listen to false prophets for the answers. For the answers are not found there.

The true America is not to be found in our current leadership or on television. New leadership is emerging and there will you find the hope and the prayers for future generations. These leaders are invisible, sometimes hard to find, but exist nonetheless. These leaders are not born, but made.

Your Dominant Delusion Determines How You Experience “reality” and How it all Ends for You | Natural News

This is a critically important deep dive into the delusions that shape the people and the world around us. It begins with the premise that most people are living in deep, complex delusions that dominate their consciousness.

Examples of such delusional groups — which typically resemble cults — are:

1. Members of corrupt mega-churches that make false religion their focal point.

2. COVID-19 cultists who beg to be told to take more vaccines, wear more masks and obey false authority figures like Fauci.

3. Climate change cultists who are obsessed and panicked about rising oceans and the existence of CO2.

4. Crypto cultists whose entire existence is invested in absurd cryptocurrency hype.

5. Transgender cultists who believe that men can get pregnant and women have a penis.

6. Left-wing disinfomation “bubble” groups who think that January 6th was an “insurrection” and that white supremacy is epidemic across America.

We are all surrounded by delusional people, and one of the key challenges in life is to eliminate our own delusions by challenging our thinking and rewiring our own neurology to eliminate false beliefs, ideas and biases.

This process is rarely achieved. Most people live their entire lives neck deep in delusional, false realities. The covid cult followers are a perfect example of this in how they worship Fauci and can’t wait to be ordered to wear another mask and take another booster shot.

When people are invested in a delusion, they begin to zealously defend it

Here’s how human neurology works: Once people are invested in a delusion, they become zealots in their defense of it. For example, a person who is heavily invested in Bitcoin often becomes utterly unable to hear any information critical of cryptocurrency. This is exactly the same way a person who took a COVID-19 vaccine can no longer tolerate information showing those vaccines to be dangerous (or even deadly).

Once a person is so fully invested in a delusion that they cut off their consciousness from the real world around them, they become “cultists” who drown in their own dogma. At some point, a “day of reckoning” arrives that shatters their delusions, leading to a traumatic psychological breakdown that’s often described in phrases like, “my whole world just got shattered.”

Hint: The more closely your cognitive map of the world matches actual reality, the less trauma you will experience when facing that day of reckoning. Those who suffer the worst trauma are the ones whose mental distortions express the most extreme divergence from reality. (The course correction can be brutal if you’ve been living in a fairy tale land. This is exactly what’s coming at some point for the stock market tech stock chasers, crypto bubble investors and vaccine worshipers.)

What you are witnessing in the above video is the extreme mental illness of Canadian bureaucrats who are projecting their internal insanity onto the world around them. This is a kind of psychological “decorating” of the world in order to try to make the outside world match the internal delusion.

The more insane and powerful a delusion becomes, the more desperately those who share that delusion try to physically alter the 3D world around them to recreate their internal insanity in the observable, physical world.

Believing strongly in something does not make you delusional… if your beliefs are rooted in cause and effect

Do not confuse delusional thinking with strong beliefs. For example, a person can be incredibly passionate about clean food, to the point where other people think they’re crazy. But clean food has a basis in physical reality, given that food contaminants, pesticides and toxins have a very real and very detrimental effect on human health. Thus, someone merely having a strong interest or passion in something isn’t automatically a delusion. What makes things delusional is their departure from the actual world of cause and effect, or their willful suspension of logic and reason in their pursuit of furthering their own delusion.

In that same way, prepping is not delusional, given the history of supply chain failures, natural disasters, price inflation, robberies, power grid failures and war. While non-prepping may look at preppers and think they’re crazy, those same non-preppers still wear seat belts and carry insurance on their own homes in case of a fire. So they actually do believe in preparing for disasters… they just don’t carry it into areas like food, firearms, medicine, communications, etc. (It’s actually irrational to not be a prepper these days, given the rather evidence supply chain failures that are worsening by the week.)

In the realm of covid, it’s very easy to see delusional thinking on display. For example, people who took the covid vaccine in the early days of its release often said, “I believe in science.” In the early months, there wasn’t much science available that showed the dangers of the vaccine experiment, so this position of “I believe in science” could have been somewhat defended by those who invoked it.

But in the year since the introduction of the vaccines — yes, it’s already been a year — an enormous amount of scientific information has been released that shows the vaccines to be dangerous and deadly. This includes science-based studies and articles published in peer-reviewed journals (such as Circulation from the AHA), the VAERS database raw numbers, a skyrocketing all-cause mortality trend in those who were vaccinated, the highly suspicious phenomenon of fully vaccinated professional sports figures keeling over with heart attacks, and so on.

Now, the science clearly shows that covid vaccines: 1) Do not stop infections, 2) Do not work for very long if they work at all, 3) Lead to increased risks of hospitalizations and deaths, and 4) Suppress immune function, making people more vulnerable to other infections.

So now that “the science” shows these vaccines are incredibly risky, do people who took the vaccine still follow “the science” and re-evaluate their positions?

Smart people do. Steve Kirsch, whom I recently interviewed, took the first two jabs and then, as the new science rolled in, decided that the evidence now clearly shows these vaccines to be far more risky than what was first promised.

But most people who took the vaccine simply dismiss the new science they don’t like. This transforms them from “science” people to full-blown vaccine cultists. Now, the vaccine has become their religion, and they worship the boosters as their gods.

Our shared goal should include helping to “red pill” others so that they are freed from their delusions

In The Matrix, the entire “reality” in which people lived was a computer simulation pumped into bio-neurology as a persistent, convincing illusion. Getting “red pilled” means shattering the delusion and transporting people into the real world, no matter how traumatic such a transition might be. From Morpheus, “The mind has trouble letting go…”

Most of the people you encounter are living in an internal Matrix that exists in their mind, formed out of media lies, mass hypnosis, social engineering, false histories and deliberate trauma inflicted by schools and governments. This means that in order for you to successfully navigate this world, you must learn to recognize other people’s delusions and learn how to evade their attempts to ensnare you into their own false worlds.

In a world populated by delusional masses, one of the greatest acts of kindness is to shatter their delusions and pull them out of their mental Matrix, bringing their awareness into the real world. From a practical standpoint, this can only be accomplished by disconnecting from the corporate-run media, which provides the inputs for the persistent delusions in which most people live.

Red pilling people cannot be done with facts, by the way, because cultists are immune to facts. They also run their own cult dogma reinforcers known as “Fact Checkers” which are really Fake Checkers. Importantly, the only thing that can shatter the delusions of the cultists is a sudden, often traumatic shattering of their false reality.

This can occur with events such as a mass death wave among the vaccinated, or a crypto crash, or a mega church leader being arrested for pedophilia, etc. It takes a mind-shattering event to break the persistent delusion of the psyche and bring people back into contact with the real world. The dot-com collapse in 2000 was precisely such an event. Same story with the sub-prime market collapse of 2008.

Adding to this difficulty, most people’s social networks are tied to their dominant delusion, which means all their friends share the same delusion they’re been following. So shattering their delusion also means making a break with their entire network of delusional friends, and that’s doubly traumatizing to most people.

This is ultimately why so few people ever escape the delusions that define their own distorted lives. This is why most people are little more than mindless consumers who regurgitate media narratives and obey authority figures without questioning anything. They are also known as Programmable Life Forms (PLFs) or “zombie” people who only thinkthey have original thoughts and ideas, all while serving as nothing more than propaganda conduits for globalist narratives.

The most dangerous thing in the world isn’t evil per se… it’s the delusional masses who can be easily corralled into carrying out truly insane acts such as mass genocide, injecting babies with spike proteins, or imprisoning perfectly healthy people in covid death camps. Humanity learned nothing from the Holocaust of the Third Reich, as we are repeating the same horrifying crimes against humanity right now, all under the delusion of “science” and a “public health emergency.”

Your government is run by cultists. Your local hospital is filled with medical murderers who call themselves doctors. Your local schools are taught by left-wing Marxist cultists who groom children for pedophilia and communism. Your local banker has delusional faith in fiat currency, and your neighbor kid who trades crypto is probably a digital fiat currency cultist. Almost no one is living in the real world of cause and effect, which means that ultimately, almost no one can be reasoned with.

And that, my friends, is why the world seems completely fu##ing insane to anyone who can still think for themselves.

The Constitution of the United States represents the classic solution to one of humankind’s greatest political problems: that is, how does a small group of states combine into a strong union without the states losing their individual powers and surrendering their control over local affairs?

The fifty-five delegates who convened in Philadelphia during the sweltering summer of 1787 answered this question with a document that called for a federal plan of government, a system of separation of powers with checks and balances, and a procedure for orderly change to meet the needs and exigencies of future generations.

In an ultimate sense, the Constitution confirmed the proposition that original power resided in the people—not, however, in the people as a whole but in their capacity as people of the several states.  To bring forth the requisite union, the people through the states would transfer some of their powers to the new federal government.  All powers not reserved by the people in explicit state constitutional limitations remained in the state governments.

Although the Constitution was adopted on September 17, 1787, the fear of the new federal government was so strong that a “bill of rights” was demanded and became an eventuality.

Intended to protect the citizenry’s fundamental rights or “first liberties” against usurpation by the newly created federal government, the Bill of Rights—the first ten amendments of the Constitution—is essentially a list of immunities from interference by the federal government.

Unfortunately, although the Bill of Rights was adopted as a means of protecting the people against government tyranny, in America today, the government does whatever it wants, freedom be damned.

“We the people” have been terrorized, traumatized, and tricked into a semi-permanent state of compliance by a government that cares nothing for our lives or our liberties.

The bogeyman’s names and faces have changed over time (terrorism, the war on drugs, illegal immigration, a viral pandemic, and more to come), but the end result remains the same: in the so-called name of national security, the Constitution has been steadily chipped away at, undermined, eroded, whittled down, and generally discarded with the support of Congress, the White House, and the courts.

A recitation of the Bill of Rights—set against a backdrop of government surveillance, militarized police, SWAT team raids, asset forfeiture, eminent domain, overcriminalization, armed surveillance drones, whole body scanners, stop and frisk searches, vaccine mandates, travel lockdowns, and the like (all sanctioned by Congress, the White House, and the courts)—would understandably sound more like a eulogy to freedoms lost than an affirmation of rights we truly possess.

What we are left with today is but a shadow of the robust document adopted more than two centuries ago. Sadly, most of the damage has been inflicted upon the Bill of Rights.

Here is what it means to live under the Constitution, post-9/11 and in the midst of a COVID-19 pandemic.

The First Amendment is supposed to protect the freedom to speak your mind, assemble and protest nonviolently without being bridled by the government. It also protects the freedom of the media, as well as the right to worship and pray without interference. In other words, Americans should not be silenced by the government. To the founders, all of America was a free speech zone.

Despite the clear protections found in the First Amendment, the freedoms described therein are under constant assault. Increasingly, Americans are being arrested and charged with bogus “contempt of cop” charges such as “disrupting the peace” or “resisting arrest” for daring to film police officers engaged in harassment or abusive practices. Journalists are being prosecuted for reporting on whistleblowers. States are passing legislation to muzzle reporting on cruel and abusive corporate practices. Religious ministries are being fined for attempting to feed and house the homeless. Protesters are being tear-gassed, beaten, arrested and forced into “free speech zones.” And under the guise of “government speech,” the courts have reasoned that the government can discriminate freely against any First Amendment activity that takes place within a so-called government forum.

The Second Amendment was intended to guarantee “the right of the people to keep and bear arms.” Essentially, this amendment was intended to give the citizenry the means to resist tyrannical government. Yet while gun ownership has been recognized by the U.S. Supreme Court as an individual citizen right, Americans remain powerless to defend themselves against SWAT team raids and government agents armed to the teeth with military weapons better suited to the battlefield. As such, this amendment has been rendered nearly null and void.

The Third Amendment reinforces the principle that civilian-elected officials are superior to the military by prohibiting the military from entering any citizen’s home without “the consent of the owner.” With the police increasingly training like the military, acting like the military, and posing as military forces—complete with heavily armed SWAT teams, military weapons, assault vehicles, etc.—it is clear that we now have what the founders feared most—a standing army on American soil.

The Fourth Amendment prohibits government agents from conducting surveillance on you or touching you or invading you, unless they have some evidence that you’re up to something criminal. In other words, the Fourth Amendment ensures privacy and bodily integrity. Unfortunately, the Fourth Amendment has suffered the greatest damage in recent years and has been all but eviscerated by an unwarranted expansion of police powers that include strip searches and even anal and vaginal searches of citizens, surveillance (corporate and otherwise) and intrusions justified in the name of fighting terrorism, as well as the outsourcing of otherwise illegal activities to private contractors.

The Fifth Amendment and the Sixth Amendment work in tandem. These amendments supposedly ensure that you are innocent until proven guilty, and government authorities cannot deprive you of your life, your liberty or your property without the right to an attorney and a fair trial before a civilian judge. However, in the new suspect society in which we live, where surveillance is the norm, these fundamental principles have been upended. Certainly, if the government can arbitrarily freeze, seize or lay claim to your property (money, land or possessions) under government asset forfeiture schemes, you have no true rights.

The Seventh Amendment guarantees citizens the right to a jury trial. Yet when the populace has no idea of what’s in the Constitution—civic education has virtually disappeared from most school curriculums—that inevitably translates to an ignorant jury incapable of distinguishing justice and the law from their own preconceived notions and fears. However, as a growing number of citizens are coming to realize, the power of the jury to nullify the government’s actions—and thereby help balance the scales of justice—is not to be underestimated. Jury nullification reminds the government that “we the people” retain the power to ultimately determine what laws are just.

The Eighth Amendment is similar to the Sixth in that it is supposed to protect the rights of the accused and forbid the use of cruel and unusual punishment. However, the Supreme Court’s determination that what constitutes “cruel and unusual” should be dependent on the “evolving standards of decency that mark the progress of a maturing society” leaves us with little protection in the face of a society lacking in morals altogether.

The Ninth Amendment provides that other rights not enumerated in the Constitution are nonetheless retained by the people. Popular sovereignty—the belief that the power to govern flows upward from the people rather than downward from the rulers—is clearly evident in this amendment. However, it has since been turned on its head by a centralized federal government that sees itself as supreme and which continues to pass more and more laws that restrict our freedoms under the pretext that it has an “important government interest” in doing so.

As for the Tenth Amendment’s reminder that the people and the states retain every authority that is not otherwise mentioned in the Constitution, that assurance of a system of government in which power is divided among local, state and national entities has long since been rendered moot by the centralized Washington, DC, power elite—the president, Congress and the courts.

If there is any sense to be made from this recitation of freedoms lost, it is simply this: our individual freedoms have been eviscerated so that the government’s powers could be expanded.

Yet those who gave us the Constitution and the Bill of Rights believed that the government exists at the behest of its citizens. It is there to protect, defend and even enhance our freedoms, not violate them.

It was no idle happenstance that the Constitution opens with these three powerful words: “We the people.” As the Preamble proclaims:

We, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this CONSTITUTION for the United States of America.

In other words, we have the power to make and break the government. We are the masters and they are the servants. We the American people—the citizenry—are the arbiters and ultimate guardians of America’s welfare, defense, liberty, laws and prosperity.

Still, it’s hard to be a good citizen if you don’t know anything about your rights or how the government is supposed to operate.

As the National Review rightly asks, “How can Americans possibly make intelligent and informed political choices if they don’t understand the fundamental structure of their government? American citizens have the right to self-government, but it seems that we increasingly lack the capacity for it.”

Americans are constitutionally illiterate.

Most citizens have little, if any, knowledge about their basic rights. And our educational system does a poor job of teaching the basic freedoms guaranteed in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. For instance, a survey by the Annenberg Public Policy Center found that a little more than one-third of respondents (36 percent) could name all three branches of the U.S. government, while another one-third (35 percent) could not name a single one.

A survey by the McCormick Tribune Freedom Museum found that only one out of a thousand adults could identify the five rights protected by the First Amendment. On the other hand, more than half (52%) of the respondents could name at least two of the characters in the animated Simpsons television family, and 20% could name all five. And although half could name none of the freedoms in the First Amendment, a majority (54%) could name at least one of the three judges on the TV program American Idol, 41% could name two and one-fourth could name all three.

It gets worse.

Many who responded to the survey had a strange conception of what was in the First Amendment. For example, 21% said the “right to own a pet” was listed someplace between “Congress shall make no law” and “redress of grievances.” Some 17% said that the First Amendment contained the “right to drive a car,” and 38% believed that “taking the Fifth” was part of the First Amendment.

Teachers and school administrators do not fare much better. A study conducted by the Center for Survey Research and Analysis found that one educator in five was unable to name any of the freedoms in the First Amendment.

In fact, while some educators want students to learn about freedom, they do not necessarily want them to exercise their freedoms in school. As the researchers conclude, “Most educators think that students already have enough freedom, and that restrictions on freedom in the school are necessary. Many support filtering the Internet, censoring T-shirts, disallowing student distribution of political or religious material, and conducting prior review of school newspapers.”

Government leaders and politicians are also ill-informed. Although they take an oath to uphold, support and defend the Constitution against “enemies foreign and domestic,” their lack of education about our fundamental rights often causes them to be enemies of the Bill of Rights.

So what’s the solution?

Thomas Jefferson recognized that a citizenry educated on “their rights, interests, and duties”  is the only real assurance that freedom will survive.

As Jefferson wrote in 1820: “I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of our society but the people themselves; and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power.”

From the President on down, anyone taking public office should have a working knowledge of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and should be held accountable for upholding their precepts. One way to ensure this would be to require government leaders to take a course on the Constitution and pass a thorough examination thereof before being allowed to take office.

Some critics are advocating that students pass the United States citizenship exam in order to graduate from high school. Others recommend that it must be a prerequisite for attending college. I’d go so far as to argue that students should have to pass the citizenship exam before graduating from grade school.

Here’s an idea to get educated and take a stand for freedom: anyone who signs up to become a member of The Rutherford Institute gets a wallet-sized Bill of Rights card and a Know Your Rights card. Use this card to teach your children the freedoms found in the Bill of Rights.

If this constitutional illiteracy is not remedied and soon, freedom in America will be doomed.

Our national priorities need to be re-prioritized. For instance, some argue that we need to make America great again. I, for one, would prefer to make America free again.

“They Can’t Arrest All of Us”: Rand Paul Makes Rallying Cry For New Potential Lockdowns in Viral Rant | Trending Politics

“It’s time for us to resist,” U.S. Senator Ron Paul asserted to his fellow Americans.

“They can’t arrest all of us. They can’t keep all of your kids home from school. They can’t keep every government building closed – although I’ve got a long list of ones they might keep closed or might ought to keep closed,” Paul said. “We don’t have to accept the mandates, lockdowns, and harmful policies of the petty tyrants and bureaucrats. We can simply say no, not again.”

“Nancy Pelosi — you will not arrest or stop me or anyone on my staff from doing our jobs. We have either had COVID, had the vaccine, or been offered the vaccine,” Paul added. “We will make our own health choices. We will not show you a passport, we will not wear a mask, we will not be forced into random screenings and testings so you can continue your drunk-with-power rein over the Capitol.”

Paul went on to say that that Americans should not accept “anti-science” positions from the Biden administration, adding that he will “stop every bill coming through the Senate with an amendment to cut their funding if they don’t come to work in person.”

Paul also mention the importance of getting children back to school, stating that “every adult who works in schools has either had the vaccine or had their chance to get vaccinated.”

“Children are falling behind in school, and are being harmed physically and psychologically by the tactics that you have used to keep them from the classroom during the last year. We won’t allow it again,” Paul said. “If a school system attempts to keep the children from full-time, in-person school, I will hold up every bill with two amendments. One to defund them, and another to allow parents the choice of where the money goes for their child’s education.”

“Do I sound fed up to you? That’s because I am. I’m not a career politician. I practiced medicine for 33 years. I graduated from Duke Medical School, I’ve worked in emergency rooms, I’ve studied immunology and virology, and I ultimately chose to become an eye surgeon,” Paul added.

Paul also unleashed on Dr. Anthony Fauci.

“I’m not the only one who is fed up,” Paul continued. “I can’t go anywhere these days without people coming up and thanking me for standing up for them. Whether I’m at work, or at events in Kentucky, at airports, in restaurants, or in stores, people thank me for taking a stand. They thank me for standing up for actual science. For standing up for freedom. For standing against mandates, lockdowns, and bureaucratic power grabs.”

“I think the tide is turning as more and more people are willing to stand up. I see stories from across the country of parents standing up to the unions and school boards,” Paul said. “I see brave moms standing up and saying, ‘My kids need to go back to school in-person.’ I see members of Congress refusing to comply with Petty Tyrant Pelosi. We are at a moment of truth and a crossroads. Will we allow these people to use fear and propaganda to do further harm to our society, economy, and children? Or will we stand together and say, absolutely not? Not this time. I choose freedom.”

Last year when covid skeptics were saying “there’s no such thing as a covid virus,” I strongly disagreed. As a published food scientist, laboratory owner and inventor of two published patents based on mass spectrometry analysis, I was aware that SARS-CoV-2 had been genomically sequenced. Surely, I mistakenly thought, it had been isolated, purified and determined to be the cause of covid-19 sickness.

How did I come to realize the medical and scientific establishment has fabricated all this? And what’s the explanation for the very real sickness that people are experiencing?

I’ll share that story here, but in short, common cold viruses and monkey virus fragments found in flu shots are being mislabeled “covid,” and there is a weaponized spike protein bioweapon that’s being distributed via vaccine injections. That’s all real. But there’s no such thing as a real, physical, isolated covid-19 virus that has been harvested from sick people and shown to infect other people and make them sick. What we’re really witnessing here, it now seems, is three distinct things:

1) A cocktail of common cold viruses labeled “covid” which are circulating and causing sickness in some people, most likely because of the lack of immune system exposure to wild type viruses during all the global lockdowns.

2) A weaponized spike protein toxic nanoparticle that’s being injected into people as a “clot shot” … and it’s likely shedding, causing harmful side effects in other, unvaccinated people.

3) A wholly fraudulent PCR “casedemic” scheme that’s designed to flag almost anyone as “positive” based almost entirely on how many cycles the PCR sample prep instruments are instructed to carry out, thereby amplifying instrument noise to the point of a “positive” hit. Almost anything can be flagged as “positive,” including genetic material fragments from previous years’ flu shots.

These three things — combined with the media’s mass hysteria programming — have achieved a level of global fear and psychological terrorism that the world has never seen before. But it’s all based on lies, it turns out. And here’s how we know.

No certified reference materials for isolated SARS-CoV-2 “covid-19” virus

As a lab owner, published scientist and mass spec analyst myself, I am extremely familiar with the process of using certified reference materials (CRMs) to validate analysis methods and instrument calibration sequences. (I’ve spent far too many evenings creating serial dilutions of standards using a Gilson pipette, trust me…)

Here’s how the process normally works in a legitimate science lab:

Step 1) Acquire the CRM of the thing you want to test (“analyte”). This means acquiring a purified, isolated standard with a known concentration, usually in a carrier such as water, or as a dry powder. For example, when I’m testing for mercury in food, I have a certified mercury standard with a known concentration of mercury, dissolved in water, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid.

Step 2) Run the CRM as a sample, at different concentrations, to build a “curve” that effectively teaches the instrument what the analyte looks like and how the instrument detector responds to different concentrations of the analyte. The end result is a “quant curve” that will be used in step 3.

NOTE: Instruments will “match” the thing you’re looking for by a variety of methods, filtering out all other things that don’t match. In mass spec work, molecules are identified by their molecular mass, ion fragmentation patterns, and elution time on chromatography columns. For a substance to match, it has to hit all these parameters. In PCR testing, a “match” is a genomic sequence made of base pairs, defined in a digital library that may or may not have ever been run against a real, physical standard in the real world.

Step 3) Run unknown samples through the instrument (of blood serum, urine, saliva, water, food sample extracts, etc.) and see if the unknown sample contains any of the thing you were looking for (the analyte). Because you built a quant curve, you can also then determine the concentration of the analyte in the original sample. This is typically described as mass over volume, such as ng / ml (nanograms per milliliter). A nanogram is a billionth of a gram. When we test foods for glyphosate, we can detect as little as 1 nanogram per milliliter, which tells you something about the extreme sensitivity of high-end instruments.

This is the process to test something and identify how much of something is found in something else. For example, if you were going to determine if someone was sick with “covid,” you would need to determine the concentration of covid-19 viruses in their blood (i.e. the “viral load”). This is science / biology 101.

So what’s the problem, then?

You’d be stunned to realize how deep the science fraud really goes. Consider these critical points:

Point #1: There appear to be no isolated, purified Certified Reference Materials available for SARS-CoV-2 “covid”. I’ve seen companies that claim to be selling “isolates” containing covid viruses, but in their own description, they explain that their vials contain genetic material from “host cells” (human cells) as well as bovine serum cells, which means it’s a cocktail stew of who-knows-what. Yet it’s called an “isolate.”

Case in point: BEI Resources, which offers something they call an “isolate” of covid-19, that you can find at this link. As the description states for this covid-19 “isolate:”

…[T]his product is not suitable as a whole cell antigen preparation because the protein content is largely contributed by the host cell and the fetal bovine serum used during virus propagation.

In other words, most of the genetic material in the “isolate” is actually from human cells. So it’s not an isolate at all. The covid virus isn’t isolated. In fact, this “isolate” contains viral genetic material, human genetic material and bovine genetic material, plus whatever other viruses were present in the blood of the people and the cows. This could be millions of different nanoparticles present, each containing their own sequences of genetic material.

Point #2: If you have no isolated, certified reference materials, you can’t develop a legitimate analysis test. And this is exactly what the FDA admits in its own documents, which state that since covid-19 viruses weren’t available for the development of the PCR test, they “simulated” it by using human cells and gene bank coronavirus fragments. From the FDA’s own document:

Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV were available for CDC use at the time the test was developed and this study conducted, assays designed for detection of the 2019-nCoV RNA were tested with characterized stocks of in vitro transcribed full length RNA … spiked into a diluent consisting of a suspension of human A549 cells and viral transport medium (VTM) to mimic clinical specimen.

In other words, they faked the covid virus by using gene bank cells which were deliberately and falsely labeled “covid.” This is how the PCR test was developed. The FDA admits it all. The PCR test is a fraud.

Point #3: If you don’t have a CRM isolate, you can’t calibrate instruments against a known sample. And this means the PCR tests aren’t being calibrated against anything real and physical. Instead, they’re relying on downloaded digital libraries provided by none of than the CDC, the very same Big Pharma front group that’s spearheading this covid scam.

Point #4: PCR instruments are incapable of quantitative analysis. The “positive” hits are nothing but amplified background noise. No PCR instrument can tell you how much of some genetic material was found in an original sample. It can merely detect the presence of material on a yes / no basis. In lab science, this is called a “qualitative” analysis, not a quantitative analysis.

In qualitative analysis, the key factor is the “Limit of Detection” (LOD) of the instrument. How little of the sample will still create a “hit” for the instrument? In all instruments, for the LOD to be scientifically valid, it must be something that rises above background noise, or it’s scientifically meaningless. All instruments produce background noise, which are “peaks” or “hits” that represent detector static, you might say. These exist at a background level even when you’re running nothing in the instrument.

To show you what this looks like, consider the following graphic. It shows some mass spec results across a spectrum of masses. The horizontal axis here is m/z (mass over charge), which is simplified to just “mass” for general discussion. It’s the mass of the molecules or particles being detected.

Notice the red and orange lines across the bottom of each chart. That’s largely “background” noise across all the masses. Then notice the very tall orange peak which rises above the background. This is the mass of the molecule they’re looking for. It might be a pesticide, or a contaminant, or a nutrient, etc.
