The California Fires: Unveiling the Anomalies | The Truth About Cancer

When wildfires devastate entire communities, the immediate assumption is that they are natural disasters. But what if these catastrophic events were not acts of nature, but calculated moves in a global agenda? The recent infernos in California, the 2023 fires in Lahaina, and the 2018 Paradise, California fires reveal an alarming narrative rife with glaring anomalies, fire hydrants out of water, suspicious decisions, and a trail of evidence leading straight to coordinated sabotage, possibly with China.

Evidence appears to indicate that these fires weren’t just nature taking its course; they were an assault on American soil. From mysteriously nonfunctional fire hydrants to canceled insurance policies months before the disasters, there are too many signs of deliberate destruction to ignore. And what about the maps of these so-called “wildfires”? Instead of continuous flames, we see dozens of widely spaced fires igniting almost simultaneously—an improbable scenario unless you believe in a spontaneous combustion epidemic. This wasn’t a single wildfire; it was dozens of fires ignited by what appears to be organized arson.

Consider the role of California’s broken water management system. While reservoirs sat bone dry, the state prioritized diverting water to protect the Delta smelt—a move that left fire hydrants ineffective during crises. Let that sink in: entire communities were left to burn because California’s leadership thought preserving an “endangered fish” was more important than saving lives.

China’s Role in Ecological Warfare

But who would orchestrate such an atrocity? Evidence points to a chilling possibility: China. According to MIT graduate in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Alex Lightman, the concept of ecological warfare isn’t new—it’s outlined in military strategies like Unrestricted Warfare and the Art of War, which detail the use of fire as a weapon. China has been using fire as a weapon of war for millennia.

In Sun Tzu’s “The Art of War,” an entire chapter is dedicated to the concept of using fire against enemies, titled “The Attack by Fire,” where he outlines five primary ways to utilize fire strategically. Get this: tens of thousands of Chinese nationals of military age have reportedly entered the U.S. illegally, many through coordinated efforts encouraged by TikTok videos. Among them could be trained saboteurs and arsonists.

According to Lightman, “After COVID-19, why are we reticent to blame China for this? Just like they did with COVID-19, they also could be doing with these fires. It’s the same business plan; they’re just doing the damage with fires instead of a weaponized coronavirus.”

And then there’s California Governor Gavin Newsom’s questionable ties to China. Let’s not forget his $1 billion deal with Chinese company BYD during the COVID-19 pandemic—a company with deep ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). At the time, people questioned why he chose a Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer to supply medical masks. Now, we have to ask: Was that deal just the tip of the iceberg?

The destruction of Los Angeles and other areas devastated by wildfires seems almost too convenient for the elites pushing the “Smart City” agenda, perfectly aligning with globalist goals like Agenda 2030. Could Newsom be collaborating with China to level parts of the state, making way for the next phase of “urban redevelopment”? Check out this video where he seems giddy about “reimagining Los Angeles 2.0” and the great “opportunity” that these devastating fires have created.

Oh yeah, we almost forgot. Apparently, Giddy Gavin is so eager for everyone to get on the same page about the fires and to avoid all the “misinformation” that he posted about it. He tells people to go to CaliforniaFireFacts.com to get the facts.

But when you click that link, it redirects to GavinNewsom.com where there is a link to DONATE TO THE CALIFORNIA FIRE FOUNDATION, but that actually takes you to Act Blue’s website, which is a fundraising platform for the Democratic Party!

Hmmmm…. But before we move on, we must include this AI video story put together by a team of people who are really paying attention:

Directed Energy Weapons?

Evidence of directed energy weapons (DEWs) being deployed in these fires is compelling. Eyewitness accounts and videos show inexplicable patterns of destruction, where homes were incinerated while nearby trees remained untouched. Satellite imagery has captured intense bursts of energy coinciding with the fires’ ignition points. Despite the videos and eye-witnesses, many government officials dismiss these claims as “conspiracy theories,” mocking them with terms like “Jewish space lasers.”

But the evidence is compelling. Steel components of vehicles and buildings melted—a feat that normal wildfires cannot achieve, given their maximum temperatures are insufficient to liquefy metal.

But DEWs are certainly capable of creating molten metal and slicing through steel. Houses in Paradise were literally cut in half by some sort of incendiary device. These anomalies demand answers.

And seriously, what’s up with the color blue? In Lahaina, California, and Paradise, we’ve seen an eyebrow-raising pattern: structures in blue miraculously spared while everything else burned to the ground. Homes with blue roofs? Untouched. Adjacent homes? Reduced to ash.

A person smiling in front of a house

AI-generated content may be incorrect.

And then there are the blue umbrellas in Lahaina—perfectly intact, sitting smugly just feet away from buildings that were literally melted into oblivion. Melted. How does that even happen? Are Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) in play, and is blue somehow the magic color they won’t target? It sounds wild, but the evidence keeps stacking up. Don’t take my word for it—check out this video from one of Lahaina’s residents and see for yourself.

Image

And what’s up with Gavin Newsom’s new $9 million compound with the blue roof?

Arson?

Were the files a result of arson as well? The story takes a dark and deliberate turn when you examine the evidence of coordinated efforts to ignite these blazes. Reports have surfaced alleging dozens of individuals were paid to set fires—foot soldiers in a larger, more insidious operation. Could these arsonists have been working hand-in-glove with advanced technologies, like DEWs, to ensure maximum destruction? The pattern is too widespread, too methodical, to be brushed off as mere coincidence.

A house on fire with a planet in the background

AI-generated content may be incorrect.

How many cities need to be reduced to ash before we demand answers? Take Los Angeles, for example, where an estimated 50,000 to 70,000 homeless people live on the streets. There’s ample evidence to suggest that some set fires simply out of boredom or desperation. Yet, there’s a concerted effort to cover up these incidents, with officials reluctant to link the homeless population to the devastation. Why the hesitation? Could it be part of a broader agenda to protect a politically convenient narrative?

Malibu Beachside Homes in Ruins

According to Alex Lightman, in California, it’s plausible that three distinct groups were responsible for these fires, each with their own motivations and handlers:

  • Saboteurs: Operatives embedded within the country, possibly foreign agents or domestic extremists, executing calculated ecological warfare.
  • Homeless individuals: Vulnerable and marginalized, they are easily exploited, with some driven to set fires either for warmth, attention, or chaos.
  • Drug users incentivized by free narcotics: Disturbing reports suggest that Chinese operatives may have offered fentanyl or other drugs in exchange for lighting fires. Imagine the ease of manipulating desperate addicts into becoming unwitting accomplices in a larger plan.

AI-generated content may be incorrect.

We’re left wondering: why are officials so quick to dismiss or obscure the obvious? Why hasn’t there been a full-scale investigation into the potential involvement of saboteurs, exploited homeless individuals, or even foreign entities with a vested interest in America’s decline? Until we start asking the hard questions and demanding real accountability, these fires will continue to burn—not just through forests and homes, but through the very fabric of our society.

DEI: Diversity, Equity, and Ignition?

The Los Angeles fires don’t just highlight mismanagement—they expose the catastrophic folly of prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) over, you know, actual competence. Instead of staffing fire prevention teams and emergency management agencies with experts who could effectively manage disaster risks, city officials seemed more interested in checking off race and gender quotas. DEI policies, hailed as the cornerstone of progress, have left critical infrastructure in the hands of people chosen more for their identities than their abilities. This isn’t inclusivity—it’s ideological arson disguised as governance. DEI didn’t just drop the ball; it fumbled it straight into the flames.

In the last edition of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words,” Hanson doesn’t hold back when dissecting the DEI failures of Los Angeles in dealing with catastrophic wildfires. Take the $700,000-a-year utilities czar, for instance. Hanson notes, “We have a $700,000-a-year utilities czar in Los Angeles, and she cannot explain why there was not enough water, at least in a convincing way—because she’s never had to, because she was ideologically correct.” When your resume is less about qualifications and more about checking ideological boxes, don’t expect to see any blazing fires put out—literally.

Then there’s Kristine Larson, the Assistant Chief of the Los Angeles Fire Department. When asked if she were strong enough to carry a man out of a fire, she remarked: “He got himself in the wrong place if I have to carry him out of a fire.” Well, thank you, Captain Obvious! Why do you think he needs your help in the first place? Because he’s in the wrong place at the wrong time—that’s kind of the whole point of an emergency, isn’t it? DEI logic at its finest: redefine responsibility to avoid accountability.

Absurdly, she also said that if you have a fire, you want someone who “looks like you” to respond because it will put you at ease. After all, they might “understand your situation better.” Oh really, Assistant Chief? Here’s a thought: We’d rather have the most badass firefighter on the planet show up—heck, they could look like a one-eyed green alien with antennae for all we care—as long as they know how to put the fire out!

Share The Truth About Cancer

Speaking of DEI hires, let’s talk about Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass. While her city was literally up in flames, she was busy enjoying a trip to Ghana. Priorities, right? When she finally returned, her expressionless face said it all as she stonewalled reporters who dared to ask the obvious questions. “Do you owe citizens an apology?” she was asked over and over. But Bass just stood there waiting to deplane, visibly uninterested in addressing her constituents’ devastation. She didn’t have the courtesy to mutter a single word…

Apparently, “equity” doesn’t extend to answering for your own failures—or being present when your city desperately needs leadership. Real leadership. Not DEI-focused leadership that prioritizes optics over competence, leaving the city vulnerable to disaster. But just like Gavin Newsom, she does seem quite happy about the opportunity to rebuild! Might Los Angeles, the “Smart City,” be on the horizon?

The Smart City Agenda

Behind the smoke and ashes lies a possible sinister motive: the transformation of these devastated areas into “smart cities.” The SmartLA 2028 plan, unveiled in 2020, outlines an ambitious strategy to turn Los Angeles into a hyper-connected, tech-driven metropolis by the 2028 Olympics. Similarly, JUMPSmartMaui, a “smart grid” initiative in Hawaii, was already in place before the Lahaina fires. These plans are not coincidental; they align perfectly with the United Nations’ Agenda 2030, which promotes “sustainable” urban development under the guise of combating climate change.

Lahaina’s destruction has sparked discussions about rebuilding the area as a smart city. Governor Josh Green hinted at “potential property deals” to accelerate redevelopment.

Smart cities promise convenience and efficiency, but at what cost? These highly digitized urban environments will require complete control over infrastructure, land, and even people. The World Economic Forum’s infamous prediction, “You will own nothing and be happy,” looms large over this agenda.

BlackRock, Vanguard, and other global investment giants have significant stakes in this transformation, as they stand to profit immensely from land acquisitions and technological integration. Is this an instance of “disaster capitalism?” With their massive investment portfolios, these investment giants wield the power to shape global policies and profit from every stage of the smart city rollout. Larry Fink, CEO of BlackRock, has openly advocated for reshaping infrastructure to align with “sustainability” goals, regardless of public resistance.

A building on fire with people standing on it

AI-generated content may be incorrect.

Supporting this “disaster capitalism” assertion is the fact that several insurance companies pulled out of California in late 2023 and 2024, making it difficult for homeowners to find coverage. The insurance companies cited business risks amid rising replacement costs and the inability to raise premiums adequately. Many policies were canceled, leaving countless residents without coverage when they needed it most.

Malibu Aftermath

But let’s dig a little deeper—who changed the laws and regulations that made it so easy for companies like State Farm to pack up and leave? Was this just incompetence, or was it part of a larger scheme to leave Californians vulnerable, forcing them to rely on government-controlled systems for recovery? Blaming the insurance companies is convenient, but the real responsibility lies with those who created a regulatory nightmare in the first place.

The timing of these fires, coupled with the sudden policy changes that preceded them, suggests a coordinated effort to displace residents and seize valuable real estate under the guise of “rebuilding” and “progress.” These patterns are not limited to Hawaii and California. Across the United States, at least fourteen cities are being primed for smart city conversions. Eminent domain, corporate acquisitions, and sudden “natural disasters” are being leveraged to force these changes. Could your city be next?

A city in flames with buildings in the background

AI-generated content may be incorrect.

The Endgame?

What’s the endgame? These fires appear to be a part of a global push to replace destroyed communities with corporate-controlled “smart cities” aligned with Agenda 2030 goals. Agenda 2030 is a United Nations initiative that aims to “sustainably” reshape global infrastructure. Proponents of this agenda push the narrative of “degrowth,” suggesting that wealthier nations must sacrifice economic prosperity for the sake of global equity. This vision of “sustainability” is built on the false premise of an imminent climate crisis, which is being used to justify land grabs, property confiscations, and invasive technologies.

Palisades Aftermath

It’s the perfect cover for land grabs, property confiscations, and the installation of invasive technologies. By pushing people out with uninsurable risks and devastation, the “powers-that-be” can swoop in, seize the land or buy it for pennies on the dollar, and remake it to fit their dystopian dream of control and surveillance by building “Smart Cities.”

And about those population control theories? Let’s just say the parallels with the Georgia Guidestones’ chilling instructions to reduce the global population to 500 million aren’t exactly a coincidence. Directed energy weapons, ecological warfare, and the purposeful destruction of whole areas—these are the tactics of the so-called “extinction engineers” who think there are just too many people breathing up their precious resources.

But fear not, because some folks aren’t content to sit back and watch as the elites bulldoze their way to total control. President Donald Trump, in a move to dismantle the ideological stranglehold on Tinseltown, recently appointed Sylvester Stallone, Mel Gibson, and Jon Voight as “Special Ambassadors to Hollywood.”

With these Hollywood heavyweights on the front lines, the fight for truth—whether it’s in the movie industry or in the smoke of “accidental” wildfires—has just gotten a lot more attention.

Malibu Home in Ruins

Lastly, this tragedy is a reminder that God is in control of all things, and you will always be okay if you seek God and His Kingdom and Righteousness first. Everything that you really need in life will be provided for you by God Himself. We will all leave this world, and when we do, we will leave it with nothing but what we have done for our Lord Jesus Christ.

Matthew 6:25-34

We would like to add hope to the end of this story. We can’t live very long without hope, and our hope is bound up in Jesus Christ. Matthew 6 reminds us to seek God first and trust Him to provide for us while we are here, even and especially during the fires and trials of life that come to us all.

Listen to our friend, Mel Gibson, encourage us on this point. Mel lost his Malibu home and possessions in this fire, but rather than moping around and feeling sorry for himself, he is busy encouraging us to look to God and reminding us that there is a purpose higher than ourselves in this trial if we will just look with our hearts to see it. For Gibson, it is a purification of sorts, preparing him for what comes next: the greatest and most important film of his life, “The Resurrection.”

Mel, we are praying for you and your family and for all those who are suffering in California right now due to these fires. We trust that God is comforting and guiding you and providing in ways that only He can.

What I Didn’t Learn in Medical School by Dr. Casey Means | X

By Dr. Casey Means

“I learned virtually nothing at Stanford Medical School about the tens of thousands of scientific papers that elucidate the root causes of why American health is plummeting.”

“I did not learn that for each additional serving of ultra-processed food we eat, early mortality increases by 18%. This now makes up 67% of the foods our kids are eating. I took zero nutrition courses in medical school. I didn’t learn that 82% of independently-funded studies show harm from processed food, while 93% of industry-sponsored studies reflect no harm.

I didn’t learn that 95% of the people who created the recent USDA food guidelines for America had significant conflicts of interest with the food industry.

I did not learn that one billion pounds of synthetic pesticides are being sprayed on our foods every single year. 99% of the farmland in the United States is sprayed with synthetic pesticides, many from China and Germany, and these invisible, tasteless chemicals are strongly linked to autism, ADHD, sex hormone disruption, thyroid disease, sperm dysfunction, Alzheimer’s, dementia, birth defects, cancer, obesity, liver dysfunction, female infertility and more.

I did not learn that the eight billion tons of plastic that have been produced just in the last 100 years … are being broken down into microplastics that are now filling our food, our water, and we are now even inhaling them in our air, and that very recent research … tells us that now about 0.5% of our brains by weight are plastic.

I didn’t learn that there are more than 80,000 toxins that have entered our food, water, air, and homes by industry, many of which are banned in Europe, and they are known to alter our gene expression, alter our microbiome composition and the lining of our gut, and disrupt our hormones.

I didn’t learn that heavy metals like aluminum and lead are present in our food, our baby formula, personal care products, our soil, and many of the mandated medications like vaccines, and that these metals are neurotoxic and inflammatory.

I didn’t learn that the average American walks a paltry 3,500 steps per day even though we know, based on science and top journals, that simply walking 7,000 steps a day slashes by 40-60% our risk of Alzheimer’s, dementia, type 2 diabetes, cancer, and obesity.

I certainly did not learn that medical error and medications are the third-leading cause of death in the US. I didn’t learn that just five nights of sleep deprivation can induce full-blown pre-diabetes. I learned nothing about sleep, and we’re getting about 20% less sleep on average than we were 100 years ago.

I didn’t learn that American children are getting less time outdoors now than a maximum security prisoner, and on average, adults spend 93% of their time indoors, even though we know from the science that separation from sunlight destroys our circadian biology, and circadian biology dictated our cellular biology.

I didn’t learn that professional organizations that we get out practice guidelines from, like the American Diabetes Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics, have taken tens of millions of dollars from Coke, Cadbury, processed food companies and vaccine manufacturers like Moderna.

I didn’t learn that if you address these root causes that all lead to metabolic dysfunction and help patients change their food and lifestyle patterns … we could reverse the chronic disease crisis in America, save millions of lives and trillions of dollars in healthcare costs per year.

This is a spiritual crisis. We are choosing death over life, we are choosing darkness over light. We need a return to courage. We need a return to common sense and intuition. We need a return to awe for the sheer miraculousness of our lives. We need all hands on deck.”

IAEA issues warning about Europe’s largest nuclear plant | RT Russia & Former Soviet Union

The UN is sending more observers to Zaporozhye after the Kakhovka dam disasterIAEA issues warning about Europe’s largest nuclear plant.

It is “critical” for the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant to have continued access to water in order to prevent a reactor meltdown, International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) director-general Rafael Grossi said on Wednesday.

Europe’s largest atomic power station relies on the Kakhovka reservoir for water to cool its six reactors. However, the water levels have dropped by 2.8 meters since the Kakhovka dam broke early on Tuesday. Once the water level is below 12.7 meters, the ZNPP will no longer be able to pump water from the reservoir, Grossi warned.

“As the full extent of the dam’s damage remains unknown, it is not possible to predict if and when this might happen,” the IAEA director said, but at the current rate of 5-7 centimeters per hour, that could be “within the next two days.”

ZNPP is building up water reserves while it still can, Grossi noted, citing reports from the IAEA experts who are on site. He intends to visit ZNPP next week and bring additional observers to strengthen the agency’s presence at the facility.

“Now more than ever, the IAEA’s reinforced presence at the [ZNPP] is of vital importance to help prevent the danger of a nuclear accident and its potential consequences for the people and the environment at a time of increased military activity in the region,” Grossi said.

The possible loss of the plant’s main source of cooling water further complicates an already extremely difficult and challenging nuclear safety and security situation.

The Zaporozhye NPP is Europe’s largest atomic power station, with six reactor cores capable of generating a gigawatt of electricity each. Russian troops have controlled it since March last year. The region in which it is located voted to join Russia in September 2022, though Ukraine claims it is illegally occupied.

READ MORE: China worried about potential nuclear catastrophe

Russia has accused Ukraine of destroying the Kakhovka dam and causing widespread flooding in Kherson Region. President Vladimir Putin called it a “barbaric act”amounting to terrorism. Moscow says that Kiev is trying to secure the flank of its forces so it can bring up reserves after a series of failed assaults on the Zaporozhye front.

The IAEA deployed an observer mission at the ZNPP in September 2022. Prior to that, the station and its environs had been repeatedly targeted by Ukrainian artillery, which Kiev admitted at one point. Just before the IAEA mission arrived, Ukrainian commandos also attempted to seize the facility but were driven back. Russia has provided evidence of Ukrainian attacks to the UN, which has stubbornly avoided assigning blame.

In part due to the Ukrainian artillery activity, five of the six reactors at ZNPP have been shut down, with one continuing to operate at a low level to maintain power to the facility. They all require continued cooling to prevent a fuel meltdown and possible radioactive release.

While Elites Live It Up In Davos, America Continues To Suffer From Their Stupidity | Daily Caller

By Daniel Turner

Archbishop Fulton Sheen’s definition of the intelligentsia — those educated beyond their intelligence — illuminates the current gathering of global powerbrokers and intellectuals in Davos, Switzerland, at the World Economic Forum.

Discussing sophisticated and lofty issues like climate change and the transition to green energy, attendees nod and applaud at one another’s remarks, marveling at their own detached brilliance all while ignoring their own enormous carbon footprint spewed by their private jets and yachts.

One can only wonder if they are reading the same headlines the rest of us are.

“Much of the U.S. could see power blackouts this summer,” declares National Public Radio. “Blackouts possible this summer,” affirms CNN. And to be sure this isn’t just titillating headlines for clicks, the Biden administration’s Department of Energy has recently published a how-to guide preparing your home for a blackout.

Think about the insane and tragic irony of the “Energy” Department authoring a survival guide for no energy.

Our current energy crunch, both domestically and internationally, is a direct result of the Davos crowd, these misanthropic interlopers feigning energy expertise. It’s akin to Frederick Fleet and Reginald Lee, the crow’s nest sailors on RMS Titanic, catching sight of the iceberg and deciding to engage in a lengthy debate about the Darwinism. “We are going through this incredible transition,” Biden recently bragged in response to a question about high gas prices. Iceberg? What Iceberg? Keep dancing.

What the Davos crowd will not admit — cannot — admit since it unravels their entire narrative — is that we are headed for a summer of blackouts because of their own green agenda. Biden promised to punish energy, and has he ever.

Since the first day where he signed multiple executive orders to end land access and cripple energy infrastructure projects with unaccountable bureaucracies such as the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), he has scared off investors and caused a dwindling supply.

Biden knows we have a supply problem. It’s why he is asking for more oil from OPEC or lifting sanctions on the rogue, murderous regime in Venezuela. It’s why he has released oil from strategic reserves.

Team Biden knows only an increase in supply will bring down prices. Yet, he has done nothing to increase domestic production. That is something he will not — cannot — do since it undermines his one core campaign promise.

In their hearts, the Davos attendees know their policies have never actually worked. Not one country that has embraced the green agenda has seen success as measured by factors like prosperity, opportunity, costs, or even output. Even the holy grail of metrics, emissions, have gone up in Germany. The only measurable success is self-righteousness. Going green makes the Davos crowd feel good. Judge Davos not on its outcomes, but on the nobility of its intentions.

It is sailors Fleet and Lee shouting, “full steam ahead, Captain!”

The Davos glitterati celebrate the green agenda because they are immune from it. Bureaucrats like WEF Chairman Straus Kahn and European Central Bank Chair Christine Lagarde are safe in their cushy, bubble jobs, blithely unaware that for many $4.60 gas prices are budget busting and forcing difficult choices. Similarly, high gas prices are no problem for Joe Biden’s weekly commute home to Delaware; he’s not paying the jet fuel on Air Force One. We are.

When Davos comes to its merciful end, its cadre of highly educated global elites will have accomplished nothing which improves the life of mankind. A quilting convention has more utility than the lofty thoughts of the Davos disconnected.

Sadly, they have tremendous power and influence. As long as America is run by impressionable and weak men like Joe Biden, men longing to matter and desperate to emit the substance and principles they lack ontologically, then the rest of us are doomed to suffer Davos’ green stupidity.

After 900 Nuclear Tests on Shoshone Land, US Government Wants to Ethnically Cleanse Us – Meet the Most Bombed Nation in the World | RT.com

Native-American nation’s land was turned into a nuclear test site. Now, they suffer from illnesses.

‘The most nuclear bombed nation on the planet’ is the unwanted accolade claimed by the Shoshone Native American tribe. This has had devastating effects for the community, and RT spoke with one campaigner fighting for justice.

“They are occupying our country, they are stealing our opportunities and we are expected to die because of that. We are still trying to grapple with and understand what happened to us, and find ways to stop it, correct it and prevent it happening in the future.”

Ian Zabarte’s voice is angry but does not falter as he describes the stark fate of his people, Native Americans who for decades have been – by any measure – subjected to the most unimaginable horrors, all perpetrated by their government in Washington.

Zabarte, 57, is the Principal Man of the Western Bands of the Shoshone Nation and he is spearheading a campaign to expose what he describes as the “ethnic cleansing” of his tribe.

Shoshone land stretches from Death Valley in the Mojave Desert in eastern California to Yellowstone Park in Wyoming. But in 1951 the US started nuclear weapons testing on Western Shoshone territory, at the Nevada Proving Grounds (now known as the Nevada National Security Site). The Shoshone can now lay claim to be the most nuclear-bombed nation on the planet.

Over a period of just over 40 years, there were 928 tests conducted there – around 100 in the atmosphere and more than 800 underground – resulting in nuclear fallout of around 620 kilotons, according to a 2009 study. In comparison, there were 13 kilotons of fallout when Hiroshima was bombed in 1945.

This is obviously a massive health risk and Zabarte, who lives in Las Vegas but runs a healing center at Death Valley, is understandably angry. Although he’s engaging and friendly, a sense of rage regularly creeps into his voice as he becomes more animated about the injustices his people have endured. But he never lapses into self-pity; there’s always a steely aura of defiance.

The Shoshone signed the Treaty of Ruby Valley in 1863, which handed certain rights to the United States. But they did not give up their land. “We wouldn’t have signed a treaty that would end in our ultimate destruction,” Zabarte told RT.

According to the tribe, Washington’s testing programme has killed thousands of people, with many since developing a range of cancers and illnesses.

Zabarte’s grandfather’s skin fell off due to an autoimmune deficiency, and he died soon after from a heart attack. Other family members have had pacemakers fitted at very young ages, while his cousin’s twins died aged 11.

“My family have a high incidence of thyroid cancer, but we’re not following those individuals – we don’t have the capacity,” he explained.

“The United States doesn’t want to study our own adverse health consequences. [It] would be no different to Nazi Germany studying the health consequences of their testing on Jewish people. That is so far from right. We have to do it ourselves and we need help.”

The Shoshone have no medical equipment or computer databases to track their people. So deaths from suspicious conditions are generally not recorded. In addition, the Shoshone are, by tradition, proud people, so not all of them speak out about their health issues.

Although the nuclear testing went underground in 1962, even that wasn’t safe.Read more ‘I wish my tribal ancestors had not helped the Pilgrims survive their first year’

As Zabarte explained, “Even though it went underground, venting took place and we don’t know where that fallout went.”

That’s borne out by the Mighty Oak incident, a botched test that destroyed $32-million-worth of equipment in April 1986. It was weeks before Chernobyl and experts claim the US government vented the radiation under the cover that everyone would assume it was from the Soviet catastrophe.

“The Department of Energy doesn’t consider that an accident because they manually released the gas inside the underground chamber where the weapon detonated. It went around the world and beat the Chernobyl radiation back to the United States,” Zabarte claimed.

Of course, the US is not the only country to have conducted nuclear testing. The United Kingdom also used Western Shoshone land, in 24 tests that were joint operations with the US.France completed 210 nuclear tests in Algeria and the South Pacific from 1960 to 1996. And the Soviet Union used the Semipalatinsk site in Kazakhstan until 1989 to perform its testing.

But, even to this day, lots of secret activities continue on Shoshone land, as proven by JANET flights regularly flying from Las Vegas to the classified Area 51. (The call sign stands for Just Another Non-Existent Terminal).

There’s also the contentious issue of the Yucca Mountain Nuclear Waste Repository, first planned in 1987 and later approved by the Obama administration, which the Shoshone have stalled. It’s intended to store high-level radioactive waste.

Zabarte has a US Department of Energy study for the project which he says refers to “cultural triage”defined as “a forced choice situation in which an ethnic group is faced with the decision to rank in importance equally valued cultural resources that could be affected by a proposed development project.”

It goes on to state that this triage could be “emotionally taxing for the Indian person.” The United Nationsbacked these claims in a 2006 report, and Zabarte believes they perfectly encapsulate the problems faced by his people.

“We have a deliberate act by the United States government to dismantle the living life ways of my people, my family, in relation to our property, our sacred land.

“The United States has developed a systematic process to ethnically cleanse us from that land, so that they take all the profits and give them to other Americans,” he said. “In order to prove genocide we need to consider, what is the intent? It is the culture of secrecy, that is the intent.”

A prime example of how the Shoshone’s life has been eradicated came in 1971 with the Wild Free-Roaming Horses Act. As Zabarte explained: “Politicians in Washington DC defined our Indian horses as wild and started coming after our ranchers, who have a guaranteed right as hunters or herdsmen under the treaty to have livestock.

“The United States Bureau of Land Management determined our horses, our cows, our livestock were destroying the land. But the land was destroyed by nuclear weapons testing fallout and the United States government blamed the Shoshone people.”Read more Low wages, no staff, and politicization: Ex-cop on what’s wrong with US policing

There is no economy or sustainable lifestyle, and the nearest town is 80 miles away. “I have nothing on my reservation to go back to,” said Zabarte, who can trace his direct descendants to the Kawich region, which houses Area 51. “They stole my horses, they stole my livelihood. There are no jobs, there are no opportunities; the United States has stolen our economy, our hunting, our fishing… and made us trespassers in our own country.”

But the reservation only makes up a tiny part of the entire Shoshone land. The rest is used by the American government and population, sometimes unwittingly. People are buying houses and living on land that the Shoshone feel they should control – but all tax from economic activity goes to the US. The Shoshone have no claim over it.

“The United States cannot prove ownership to it but they come into our country and they provide tax money to the state of Nevada, and the state of Nevada takes that money and provides it to every other non-Shoshone unit of local government, and we get nothing. That is taxation without representation,”Zabarte said.

Despite the obvious sense of injustice, he feels an obligation to warn Americans who live in or go through the Shoshone nation of the danger it presents.

“My grandfather always said, ‘don’t kick up dust’ because of the radioactive fallout. I care for these people because of that treaty of peace and friendship, and have an obligation to provide aid and comfort to other Americans passing through. But I watch them kick up dust in their off-road vehicles and they are quite likely exposing themselves. There is plutonium in a lot of the roofs of their houses, too.”

The key for Zabarte is awareness. The more people know the history of the land and understand the issue, there greater the chance of meaningful action. That could involve providing medical surveillance and advising the next generation how to protect themselves.

Zabarte is also keen to build momentum so the Shoshone, including his own son, can have access to all of their land and create a functioning economy that fits with their traditions.

“We need to continue to make our people aware the next generation don’t have a safe place to live; we have these tiny reservations and they are colonies created by the United States. They exist only to the extent that the United States provides the funding. We don’t have ways to survive on our own land.”

He is a man on a mission and has sacrificed his life to shoulder this burden. “I have dignity and my family has dignity and that’s what I’m fighting for. These a**holes aren’t going to get away with it.”

Bayer to Pull Glyphosate Products, Including Roundup, From U.S. Home and Garden Market | AgWeb, EcoWatch & Waking Times

By Olivia Rosane

Bayer will no longer sell glyphosate-containing products to U.S. home gardeners, the company announced on Thursday.

The move comes as the company currently faces around 30,000 legal claims from customers who believe use of these products — including the flagship Roundup — caused them to develop cancer, as AgWeb reported.

“Bayer’s decision to end U.S. residential sale of Roundup is a historic victory for public health and the environment,” Center for Food Safety executive director Andrew Kimbrell said in a statement. “As agricultural, large-scale use of this toxic pesticide continues, our farmworkers remain at risk. It’s time for EPA to act and ban glyphosate for all uses.”

Glyphosate is a controversial ingredient because it has been linked to the development of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, as Cure noted. The World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer declared that it was “probably carcinogenic to humans,” in 2015. While the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under former President Donald Trump ruled that the chemical did not pose any risk to human health, the Biden Administration later admitted that the review was flawed and needed to be redone, as Common Dreams reported. Still, it refused to take it off the market in the meantime.

Bayer’s decision comes in response to the many lawsuits related to glyphosate that it inherited when it acquired Monsanto in 2018. Juries sided with the plaintiffs in three highly-watched trials before Bayer settled around 95,000 cases in 2020 to the tune of $10 billion. That settlement, which was one of the largest in U.S. history, allowed Bayer to continue to sell Roundup without any warnings. However, the company still faces further litigation, and said it decided to pull the product from residential use in order to prevent more. More than 90 percent of recent claims come from the residential home and garden market, AgWeb reported.

“This move is being made exclusively to manage litigation risk and not because of any safety concerns,” the company said when it announced its decision.

The products will be replaced with different active ingredients beginning in 2023, following reviews by the EPA and state regulatory bodies. January 2023 was the earliest the change could reasonably be implemented, Bayer Crop Science Division president Liam Condon told AgWeb.

“This is from a regulatory and logistical point of view (of what’s) possible,” Condon said during a conference call with investors, as AgWeb reported.

THRIVE II: This is What it Takes

After watching the film “THRIVE II: This Is What It Takes” twice and taking copious notes throughout, Happy and I have concluded that this is one of the most profound and important documentaries for ushering in a truly sustainable future for life on Earth.

Besides claiming individual sovereignty as the context for taking back ones power from external authority, an enlightened and technologically advanced civilization based on connected resonance with the unified field is not only possible, but absolutely essential for continuing the diversity and health of all life on Earth.

Kudos to Foster and Kimberly Gamble for having the courage and foresight to bring these discoveries to light and sharing them with the rest of us. This film is a must watch for every conscious human being.
